The slim design looked great for drawing lip lines, which is why I purchased it. Indeed, this design is good for precise lip lining. The color payoff is vibrant. It's quite dry. Reminds me of the old-school lipsticks our grandmothers used. For lip lining, it applies too matte, losing that liner feel. I bought it specifically for this purpose (solely based on its slim shape and cut). I usually only use matte lips, but this one's a fail. It's matte, but instead of adhering to the lips, it feels like it's just sitting on top. The moment you try to blend it, it's a disaster... It's like when sunscreen pills after applying makeup. I thought it would be nice so I bought two shades, beige and coral, but both are disappointments. I'm just using them as blush now because I don't want to waste money. Warm tones should avoid this. First off, the case is absolutely gorgeous. It really makes you want to own it - it's fantastic! The shape is also perfect for applying to the lips. Personally, I found it incredibly beautiful. However... this product wasn't meant for me. It really didn't suit my deep undertone. I ended up giving it to my friend who has a deeper undertone. I only tried it twice before giving up. It made me look much older than I am. Be aware that the color is brighter in person than it appears on the website. While it's truly beautiful, it just wasn't right for me, so I'm giving it 2 stars. The actual color is a brighter coral (with a vibrant orange tone) than what's shown on the website, so keep that in mind!
