  As an older guy, I'm not a fan of white cast or color-correcting effects. I appreciated that this applies smoothly without leaving any white residue.

  Cons

  I've been looking at sunscreens for a while, but after trying this one, I've decided to stick with it. It seems to be a moisturizing sunscreen that isn't irritating to the skin.

  Cons

  After application, there's an unavoidable slight stinging in the eyes, which is typical of organic UV filters.

  Pros

  I used about two bottles and the spreadability was very good. There was just a slight whitening effect, and the glow on my face was not too much, so it wasn't burdensome and I liked it. The fragrance was not bad either, and it seemed to provide the right amount of moisture for my dry skin.

  Cons

  My eyes sting. Those with dry eye syndrome should be cautious. And the ingredients are not extremely gentle, so I'm considering switching to a different sunscreen.

  This is a Hwahae Trial Reviewer review. *The cap is not a twist-open type, but a cap-style, so it's easy to open and close. The small tube-type seems convenient to carry around. *The scent is a common one. It has a slight aloe smell, reminiscent of old mom's cosmetics. *The application is very smooth. Compared to the Cellusion sunscreen I used before, which had a slightly sticky and heavy feel, this one applies more smoothly and feels more moisturizing. This is my favorite part personally. It's so soft that there's no clogging or clumping feeling. *My skin type is oily in the T-zone and normal elsewhere. At first, it feels moisturizing overall, but after some time, the T-zone starts to get shiny...the rest of the area still feels moisturized though. I'd recommend this more for dry or normal skin types rather than oily. *There was no white cast at all. For someone like me who only wears sunscreen, this is a bit disappointing, but it should be fine for those who apply makeup over the sunscreen.

  [Hwahae Trial Reviewer Review] 1. The spreadability was good. It absorbed well like a lotion, and spread on smoothly and firmly, which I really liked. The staying power was also decent, and there was no issue with it turning white and dripping down with sweat. 2. There's no white cast. I'd rather use a separate tone-up base than deal with the white cast from sunscreens, but this one being mineral-based had no white cast at all, which was great. 3. No breakouts. This is actually the most satisfying part. For sensitive skin, the fact that there are no breakouts is a huge relief. 4. It blended well with foundation. Sometimes sunscreens can interfere with foundation application, but I didn't have that issue with this one.

I have combination skin, but it's almost oily in the summer, and after applying this sunscreen, the oil production became too much for me to handle over time. Oily skin types may want to avoid this, especially in the T-zone area. 2. It really stings the eyes. I had an incident where I sweated while wearing this and rubbed my eyes, and it was incredibly painful, with tears streaming down. Be careful to keep it away from your eyes. 3. The fragrance may be divisive. It would have been better if it was fragrance-free, but I didn't find it too bad.
