My makeup doesn't flake off after using this, and it applies smoothly.
ConsWhen I use this alone, my face gets itchy and I feel like I'm about to break out. After trying it once or twice, I couldn't continue using it on my face, so now I'm just applying it to my hands.

It goes on smoothly and moisturizes well. It's a great sunscreen without any white cast.
ConsAbout 20 minutes after application, my skin feels quite dry. Also, I'm not sure if the ingredients don't agree with me, but when I use this product alone, I get blemishes on my face. So it's just sitting unused now. If it weren't for the dryness and blemishes, I would use it regularly because the texture is nice. It's a shame.

There's no stinging sensation around the eyes and no white cast. It makes my skin feel firm, which is great for applying base makeup. I've gone through 3 bottles - it's that good!
ConsI didn't notice while using it, but after switching to a different mineral sunscreen, I realized something. Those tiny bumps between my lips and chin were caused by this product. I'm so disappointed because I really enjoyed using it. I've stopped using it since then. It seems like hybrid sunscreens don't agree with my skin.

A moisturizing sunscreen that doesn't sting the eyes at all! It seemed to create a great base for makeup too.
ConsI always noticed small bumps appearing on my skin after use. I thought it would be fine since it contains aloe, but the slight appearance of these bumps made me hesitant to use it daily.

It calmed down the dead skin cells and made my skin so hydrated that I was impressed enough to search for other COSRX products. The way it absorbs is fantastic.
ConsThe scent... After applying the product, every time I breathe in, there's this unpleasant odor that makes me feel queasy. After using it for a week, I started getting blemishes around my smile lines, so I had to stop using it (early signs of dermatitis).
TipUse this during winter

To be honest, I'm not sure about the benefits... It seems mild, but I'm not sure.
ConsIt felt sticky, greasy, and my face felt irritated and inflamed. My face felt hot. It also seemed to turn yellowish... I used it for 3-4 months, but it's not really great... My face just breaks out in severe acne.

ConsMaybe because it's SPF 50... It feels a bit heavy to me. This is just my subjective impression. + Hmm... After using this for about a month, I feel like my face keeps breaking out if I only use this...

ConsI didn't notice it at first, but over time as I touched my face, the sunscreen would start to peel off and drip down. And after applying it, I seem to get a pimple or two, so I've been hesitant to use it lately.
TipKeeping it in the fridge and applying it when it's cool provides a nice cooling effect.

I had high expectations for the Cosrx Pimple Pad since I had used it before, but there wasn't much that I liked about it... If I had to pick something, it would be the cute packaging.
Cons1. Breakouts - Perhaps due to the poor ingredients like PEG and ethanol, my sensitive skin experienced a breakout explosion. I had applied it for about 4 hours and when I removed the sunscreen, my face turned red and I had small bumps... I thought my acne was almost gone, but after using this, it got worse. 2. Fragrance - At first, I thought the artificial fragrance was too strong, and sure enough, there are fragrance ingredients in it. It's not that the fragrance is bad, but it's disappointing that there are fragrance ingredients. 3. Oiliness - This is honestly not recommended for oily skin types. Compared to other sunscreens, this one seems to have too much oil. Moreover, when I sweat, the sunscreen mixes with it and comes out. I barely managed with oil blotting papers, but I don't think I can use it without them. 4. Eye Irritation - I've never experienced eye irritation from sunscreens before, but this one made my eyes sting for the first time. I didn't even apply a lot, but my eyes suffered from the irritation. 5. No White Cast - I like natural-looking tone-up effects, but this one has no white cast at all. Those who prefer no white cast might like this.
TipRecommended for dry skin types!

It's great for applying lightly. I'd give it around 3.5 stars so far. I'm a Hwahae Trial Reviewer who only uses mineral sunscreens. Since I have sensitive and oily skin, I prefer mineral sunscreens that control sebum over organic ones, even though the ingredients are important. I've tried mineral sunscreens that have less white cast, but I'm also testing out organic sunscreens to find one that doesn't break down as much when I apply makeup. The most impressive aspects of the COSRX Aloe Soothing Sun Cream are the texture and fragrance!! As shown in the photo, it has a lightweight, creamy texture and a floral scent!! Personally, I liked the subtle, lingering fragrance. There's no white cast like in the photo, but there's a slight dewiness when applied all over the face. Since I prioritize ingredients and price, this product doesn't completely check all my boxes, but I thought, 'Huh, this doesn't seem to irritate my skin... Could this be the right one?' If it continues to work well for my skin, I think I'll make this my go-to sunscreen for makeup application.
ConsIt was fine the first day, but by the 3rd or 4th use, a small amount of something rough and bumpy started appearing, which made me wonder if it was because of this product. I wasn't sure, so I stopped using it for a day or two, then tried it again, and it was fine... I repeated this process about 2 times, and after that, nothing seemed to come up anymore. However, my skin does seem to get a bit (?) sensitive. So I've been using it every other day. I think I just needed an adjustment period since I've been using such gentle products lately. It does get oily faster when I apply it before makeup, compared to mineral sunscreens. You'll need to manage that.
TipBoth mineral and organic sunscreens have some dewiness. I just lightly dab some powder with a brush, and it minimizes the glow while lasting all day. I use the Innisfree Mineral Powder.ㅋㅋㅋㅋ This product is somewhere between a lotion and a cream... It's so lightweight that applying it bare-faced and just lightly powdering it is so convenient ㅎㅎ
