When your face is swollen and you have a fever, it calms down quickly when you apply it, so there's nothing better for skin soothing.
Cons
Not recommended for dry skin types.. It's refreshing and absorbs quickly, but doesn't seem to replenish oil and moisture well. I apply a richer cream on top of this one to make up for that.

I bought this product because I had a lot of acne breakouts during my university exam period, when I was staying up late and under a lot of stress.😭 So I went to a dermatologist and had extractions done, and afterwards I felt like I needed something to soothe my skin and help it heal. Luckily, I had a sample of this product, and when I tried it... Wow!! The areas that had been extracted calmed down and healed up so quickly! I was so impressed that I've been buying the full-size product and using it ever since! As a poor university student,😂😂 the price seems a bit high at first glance. But since this product works so well for me and there are often discounts and coupons available, I'm able to get it at a more affordable 'discounted' price. Sometimes when I'm short on cash, I feel like it's expensive, but then acne will flare up and I get anxious if I don't use it. I actually apply this product regularly, even when I don't have active breakouts, because it's great for soothing and calming any irritation or sensitivity on my face. The texture is a bit thicker than a soothing cream, but not as dense as the Dr. Jart Cicapair cream. It spreads nicely on the skin and absorbs quickly when gently patted in. After using it, my skin feels supple and healthy.
Cons
Like most jar-type products, the small jar size means using a mini spatula to scoop it out, which can feel a bit unsanitary as you get towards the end. I also wish the product came in a larger size, as I tend to use a fair amount. But they do offer a tube version, so that's not really an issue!

I use this product like a spot cream, and it works incredibly well for me..! When I apply it thickly on my red, painful acne and go to sleep, the next morning, white pus comes up nicely, ready to be extracted!! Then, when I squeeze it out, it heals quickly!
Cons
There's not really any downside, hmm.. there's really nothing.. The glass container makes it hard to carry around?
Tip
When the painful acne is red and swollen, if you apply this product extremely thickly and go to sleep, white pus will come up just like in the picture. This product is worthy of being called a 'must-have' item!!! I enjoy trying out various products, but this is the first time I've used one so diligently. After using it consistently for 2 weeks, I could feel the most noticeable calming effect after extrusion. After extrusion, the reddish swelling and puffiness were better soothed when I applied the cream and went to sleep, compared to tea tree oil or other soothing creams!!
Cons
However, the downside is that while it is not extremely dry, it felt a bit too lightweight for me, a person with moderately dry skin, to use as a substitute for a moisturizing cream!!
