The T-zone has excessive oil, and the U-zone has dry skin. I don't get a lot of acne, but it sometimes flares up during my menstrual cycle. What I purchased this product for is not the acne, but the redness and irritation in the areas around my nose, lips, and eyebrows. 🌷 It helps calm down newly formed blemishes and irritated, reddened skin. The blue-colored cream was quite interesting to me. The texture is somewhere between a gel and a cream. It's not thick, but soft and bouncy like a pudding. When applied, it feels slightly cooling and moisturizing. Using this product doesn't immediately make my inflammatory acne go away or calm down. But it effectively suppresses the small, emerging blemishes. If I apply it thickly after extracting, the blemishes are significantly reduced by the next day. And the reddish spots that I was concerned about have also been greatly improved. It used to be so bad that I had to use a concealer on top, but nowadays just foundation is enough to cover it, which I'm really satisfied with.
