  I've been taking acne medication from my dermatologist and haven't had a breakout in months. However, the very next day after using this product, I developed a cystic pimple. Thinking it might be a coincidence, I waited for it to clear up and tried again a week later, only to have another cystic pimple appear. Those of you who've been on long-term acne medication know how frustrating it is to suddenly break out again. I bought the large size, and now I'm wondering how I'll ever use it all up. I was trying to get rid of hyperpigmentation, but all I got was new blemishes.

  If you have super sensitive skin, please make sure to patch test before purchasing! Don't be tempted by sales to buy multiple bottles - just get one and make absolutely sure it suits your skin before committing.

  I've been contemplating buying this product for a while now. A YouTuber I frequently watch kept recommending it for soothing and hyperpigmentation, so I finally decided to purchase it. Unfortunately, it doesn't suit my skin. The only benefit I noticed was its ability to calm redness.

  Cons

  Instead of just blemishes, it causes red hives to appear on my skin. Whether I use this product as the first step in my routine or after toner, the adverse effects remain the same. As a result, I'm unable to continue using it.

  The blemish-fading effect is truly remarkable. It significantly reduced the marks from previous breakouts and facial redness. The formula has a water-like consistency that glides on smoothly. I applied it right after cleansing, and it absorbed quickly. Even when I layered an emulsion and brightening moisturizer on top, there was absolutely no pilling.

  Cons

  I was thrilled with how dramatically it reduced redness and calmed my skin... but then, like other reviewers mentioned, I experienced what seemed to be an allergic reaction or contact dermatitis. After using it for about a week, my skin suddenly became intensely itchy and red. The tricky part was that this reaction didn't occur immediately after use, but rather after a week of consistent day and night application. Because of the delayed onset, I didn't initially connect it to this product. Today, when my skin became unbearably itchy and inflamed, I washed it off with water and applied an emulsion, which completely resolved the issue. I recall having a similar experience with another product in the past, where my skin around the lips showed these symptoms after initial use. Interestingly, both products contain 'PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil' as a common ingredient. Those with super sensitive skin might want to think twice before using this. Alternatively, you could try using it for a few days, then take a break, and repeat. It's an expensive serum, so I'm trying to find some consolation in identifying an ingredient that doesn't agree with my skin.

  The texture is completely watery, flowing without any stickiness! The overall feel is decent, but there are some drawbacks...

  Cons

  1. Itching (accompanied by dermatitis...) I only added this one product to my usual skincare routine, but my face became unbearably itchy. When I went to the dermatologist the next day, they said I had developed dermatitis... I bought this because it was supposed to be effective for acne and soothing, but I deeply regret it now. The itching is driving me crazy! 2. Poor hydration Maybe because the formula has no viscosity at all, it didn't feel like it was providing deep hydration! 3. Price It's expensive for the amount you get... Plus, it had no positive effects for me, only side effects, which is really disappointing.

  Tip

  Before purchasing this product, I strongly advise checking the low-star reviews... Besides me, quite a few people experienced itching and irritation (I wish I had known this earlier, sigh)

  The blue color is pretty. The water-based formula absorbs quickly.

  Cons

  I bought two of these during a sale based on a YouTuber's recommendation, but it doesn't suit me at all. I didn't notice at first, but after applying, I get small bumps like millet seeds or folliculitis. My face also experiences redness and a burning sensation. Given the small amount, it's quite expensive and doesn't live up to its price. It's the worst cosmetic product I've bought recently.

  I bought this during a sale because of all the great reviews! For the first 3 days of use, I could visibly see my redness fading. Although it ultimately didn't suit my skin for regular use, I think it would be excellent as a soothing treatment when my skin is acting up.

  Cons

  About a week after I started using it, blemishes began to appear. I didn't realize it was because of this product and kept applying it, which made things worse. Only when I stopped using the ampoule did my skin start to recover. I might try it again once my skin calms down.

  Tip

  The texture is completely watery with no viscosity, so you need to use the dropper to control the amount carefully. I applied it by cupping one hand and using the other to pat it onto each side of my face. Perhaps due to its formula, the ampoule can be a bit drying, so I recommend following up with a hydrating moisturizer for best results!
