I'm a 21st summer cool-toned person. As long as the color isn't too deep, it can even work for winter cool-toned skin. I have monolids and a lot of oil around my eyes. I thought it was a matte liquid eyeshadow, but it has a subtle pink glow. The color is a slightly toned-down rose pink, so it was good to use in the spring. When used alone, it looks chic.
