It seems to suit cool-toned skin in shade 13 well. Additionally, you can purchase it at a discounted price, making it very affordable.
ConsUgh...it's too dry and matte 😢 Even though I don't have dry skin, it felt overly drying. The skin expression also doesn't look very pretty. It accentuates the uneven texture and pores...and on top of that, it causes blemishes...the fragrance is also too strong 😢

ConsI'm a beginner with makeup, and I really love the basic Missha base. So I thought the Blanc Blemish Balm would be good too, but ugh... This is really not it. The peel-off, uneven texture, and pore emphasis are indescribable. My bare skin actually looks smoother than when I have this on. And I also like a matte finish, so I always set my foundation or BB cream with powder, but... This product is too drying. My face feels parched the moment I apply it. Even after a full skincare routine of 3 toners, ampoules, and lotions, it's still too dry. And they said it was shade 19, but what is this... This is shade 13, not 13! I'm not even a 21, I'm a 17 or 19 kind of person. Missha has released 19 in various products before, and I've never had an issue with the brightness, but the Blanc BB cream shocked me when I squeezed it out. How is this 19, Missha? Really... Anyone can see this is a 13 shade. It's not a recommended product, but if you happen to be one of those 'I'm as white as Nicole Kidman, I'm flour!' types, then go for the 21 shade. Ugh, I bought this as a one-off, and now I have two of them, and I'm so annoyed about what to do with them...
TipAfter using it for a few more days, here's a honey tip: Mixing it with my beginner makeup makes it nicely matte and long-lasting. If you have beginner makeup, try mixing it in!

If you have good skin, you can use a tone-up cream.
ConsCoverage is 0. There's barely any coverage for reddish tones. It's okay for tone correction, but to be honest, it has a slightly matte feel, so I didn't really use it. Lasting power is 0. Don't expect anything... It's not very darkening. The scent - it's like an old cosmetic smell, or the strong floral fragrance of a bathroom air freshener. The pores are really emphasized. It separates very easily. I even broke out in small pimples after using this... I'm just going to throw it away. I have absolutely no intention of repurchasing.
