I always use this toner by making my own toner pads (check out the photo). This method allows me to use it as a mask and it's great as an exfoliating toner too!

This isn't really a drawback, but being a No Sebum Toner, I wouldn't recommend it for spring, fall, or winter. It's best suited for summer, especially for those with oily or combination skin!

The scent is a bit off-putting (a mix of mint and medicinal smell).

I wish it provided a bit more hydration.

I bought this product last summer, tucked it away in a corner, and finally used it this summer! I didn't realize it had been discontinued until I looked it up to write this review. Turns out it's no longer available, which is a shame.

My skin type is combination, especially oily in the T-zone during summer. I also tend to sweat a lot.

I'm a big fan of Innisfree's No Sebum Powder, so when I heard about the No Sebum Toner, I had to try it. I purchased it hoping it would help control excess oil on my face. I had high expectations, and I'm happy to say I was really satisfied! It had a slight cooling effect and felt refreshing. However, it doesn't seem to be meant for hydration. While I could feel the cool minty sensation, it wasn't particularly moisturizing.

Those sensitive to scents should be cautious. Even I was taken aback at first, thinking, 'What's this smell? It's almost medicinal?' You do get used to it with continued use, but it can be startling at first!

Getting the picture? 300ml for 5,500 won is truly incredibly cheap!

Cleansing effectiveness: It removes makeup so well you might not even need a separate lip and eye remover. I couldn't compare it with mascara and glitter, but it removes cream eyeshadow well. Water-based tints leave a slight residue though. 
The satisfaction when you see the impurities on your cotton pad while toning your skin after getting home is unbeatable!
Oh, for mascara, they say it's good to soak a cotton pad with the water, leave it on for 5-10 seconds to dissolve, then wipe off, just like with a lip and eye remover.

Scent: I love that it's fragrance-free. No worries about blemishes caused by fragrances!

Ingredients: It's gentle and mild. The green tea water provides astringent and soothing effects for oily skin, while butylene glycol offers powerful hydration for dry skin!
Citric acid, also known as citric acid, is an ingredient that regulates skin pH. While high concentrations can irritate sensitive skin, this product is so gentle that you shouldn't worry!

After-feel: Unlike my previous cleansing water that left a slightly oily, slippery finish, this one leaves my skin feeling refreshingly clean, as if I've just washed my face. I love it!

After use, skin feels a bit dry and rough. It's a little too drying for winter use.

Bought it because of the affordable price. Absorbs well into the skin. Great for a light application during summer.

The Innisfree No Sebum Toner is good for removing oil, but it doesn't replenish moisture. You'll need to apply another toner to hydrate your skin.

It's great for wiping away any excess oil after cleansing. Even when using it with a cotton pad, it lasts longer than expected.

There's nothing to complain about! Everything about it is just wonderful!

It's seriously so amazing! I started using it by chance and now I've gone through more than seven bottles... It's absolutely fantastic as a basic skincare product!

I apply it with a cotton pad as a toner. Since I don't have extremely oily skin, using it with the No Sebum Emulsion from the same line makes my skin feel a bit tight.

There's not really anything to complain about! If you use this together with the No Sebum Emulsion, it might be a bit drying unless you have very oily skin. But then again, that's the point of a no-sebum product, right?

Wow, this product is amazing! I bought it along with the No Sebum Emulsion, and while using them together can be a bit drying, using this alone is fantastic! The fragrance is delightful, though it might be a bit divisive - I personally like it! As for the texture, it's clear and fluid like water, with a lovely bouncy feel.

This toner has a water-like texture and a refreshing scent, which I really enjoy. After cleansing, using this exfoliating toner leaves my skin feeling fresh and matte. It also gives a somewhat cooling sensation. The product feels incredibly lightweight on the skin and doesn't leave any sticky residue. It seems better suited for gently wiping rather than being absorbed like some toners. The hydration level is just right too. I highly recommend this for those with oily skin. Personally, I use it after cleansing, before makeup, and when my skin starts to get oily.

Since I'm still using this product consistently, there wasn't really anything I found disappointing.

I only use this toner, and it's so clean and refreshing that it was perfect for a first-time user.
