I have been using the product for over a year, and it is definitely effective in improving blemishes as it contains pure vitamin C. Many other vitamin C ampoules are just named as such, but often contain vitamin derivatives, which is not the case with this product, so I'm really happy with it. Regardless of the price...and the volume....The effects are good, but the volume is very small compared to the price, and in my case, it runs out in 2 weeks at most, 1 month at the longest....So for those who use it, I recommend applying it only to the areas that need blemish improvement, as applying it all over the face does not give the impression of the whole face becoming whiter. Apply the toner and do not use the ampoule. After washing your face, apply the ampoule right away. The ampoule should sting a little when applied directly, as that indicates the proper efficacy. - rh********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 1, 2025
If you're on the hunt for a product that's effective for calming your skin, I wholeheartedly recommend the Missha Intensive Ampoule. After about two weeks of use, I noticed visible changes in my skin. Particularly, my blemishes and redness were noticeably reduced, my complexion became more even, and my sensitive skin felt much more comfortable. My skin type is combination with frequent acne scars and redness, but after applying this product, the burning sensation quickly subsides, and my skin condition is significantly better the next day. These days, my base makeup routine has become much simpler. The absorption is light and non-sticky, making it suitable for use not just at night but in the morning too without feeling heavy. Beyond simple soothing effects, this ampoule has become my holy grail with its high level of satisfaction! The one downside is that the volume is too small. Because it's so effective, I use it consistently every day, and before I know it, I can see the bottom of the bottle. If there were a larger size or refill package available, I think I could use it even more satisfactorily. While I'm very pleased with its effectiveness for the price, the volume leaves a bit to be desired. My personal usage tip is to apply a generous amount of the ampoule before bed, once a day, and finish with a soothing cream. Especially when my skin is feeling super sensitive, applying this routine results in noticeably calmed skin the next morning. Gently pat the ampoule to help it absorb, then layer a soothing cream on top - it feels like it strengthens the skin barrier. This is a routine I really want to recommend to those with sensitive skin prone to blemishes! - tm*******Dry SkinRecommendedApr 29, 2025
1. Effectiveness Rather than making your face appear white, it brightens your complexion. As your skin tone becomes more even, you get a sense of Inner Glow building up. While I'm not sure about its effect on reducing blemish marks, it definitely evens out the skin tone, improves texture, and adds a nice glow. 2. Hydration There isn't much hydration. In fact, because it contains Vitamin C, it might feel a bit drying after absorption. That's why I apply it along with other moisturizing products. 1. Quantity Given that it has only a 2-week shelf life after opening, the 15g quantity is quite small. However, this is probably unavoidable for a Vitamin C product. 2. Price It's a bit expensive considering the quantity. 3. Effectiveness While it works well, the effects don't last. After stopping use, you feel like your skin reverts back after a while. Nevertheless, among Vitamin C products, this is the only one that seems to work for me, so I continue using it. - hi********Combination SkinInner DrynessRecommendedMar 24, 2025
Quick results! I tried this famous product and it definitely works on dark spots and blemishes. My complexion has improved significantly! I can feel my uneven skin tone from pigmentation gradually evening out. Even though it's a small amount, I applied it generously and within a week, the marks noticeably faded. Not recommended for sensitive skin! When my skin was slightly irritated, I definitely felt a tingling sensation upon application. As for the scent, it has that characteristic vitamin smell, so those with sensitive skin might want to mix it with other skincare products. When applied alone, it can turn yellowish the next day, but I found that using it with a vitamin-infused moisturizer or sleeping mask doubled its effectiveness! Personally, I found it pairs exceptionally well with the Hanyul Yuja Sleeping Mask. - 05*****Combination SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedFeb 14, 2025
It truly feels like a vitamin boost, inspiring confidence as it brightens my complexion It stains my cleansing band and nails yellow. It can be irritating when used on super sensitive skin I found it works well when mixed with a panthenol ampoule - le****Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 7, 2024
While searching for a pure vitamin product to address acne scars, I decided to purchase this Missha product. It clearly states the vitamin percentage and comes in a small size, making it perfect for testing. (I was in the process of finding the right vitamin concentration for my skin) ▪️The formula has a runny consistency that applies lightly and absorbs well into the skin. ▪️As I'm not particularly sensitive to fragrances, the scent didn't bother me much. ▪️Despite the 10% concentration not being weak, I could apply it without feeling any irritation or tingling sensation. ▪️Although I can't attribute it solely to the vitamin C since I use other products too, I definitely noticed my skin becoming brighter and pigmented areas fading. ▫️Do not apply to broken skin. It stings severely. ▫️The pump doesn't dispense product very well. ▫️Some might find the runny texture difficult to apply. ▫️Using a low pH cleansing foam or toner before application can improve absorption. ▫️It's fine to use in the morning, but make sure to apply the correct amount of sunscreen. ▫️My routine was: low pH toner -> Missha Vitamin C -> niacinamide -> moisturizer -> sunscreen. - ch********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsOct 4, 2024
It absorbs quickly and doesn't feel sticky, making it perfect for a light application It might feel a bit drying, and unfortunately, it leaves a yellowish residue even after it's fully absorbed - am******Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 3, 2024
This is my honest review after purchasing with my own money! Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that can help in various ways, but it's often unstable and doesn't absorb well into the skin. That's why they've applied liposome technology to improve absorption. The Missha Spot Correcting Ampoule also uses this liposome technology to ensure deep penetration into the skin. This product contains 10% high-concentration Vitamin C, making it effective for targeted spot treatment! The liquid ampoule formula adheres well to the skin, allowing for both morning and evening use. Of course, there wasn't a dramatic effect, but after using about two and a half bottles, I suddenly noticed my complexion looked brighter when I looked in the mirror! I've tried most brightening products out there, as I'm very interested in them, but personally, I find this one to be really good! As I mentioned above, the main drawbacks are the small amount of product and the high price. The Hwahae Testers would likely appreciate the detailed review on this brightening moisturizer. It's great for those with blemishes or uneven skin tone looking for a product that absorbs well and works hard to improve the complexion. However, those with super sensitive skin might want to patch test first to avoid any potential irritation or allergic reaction. - kk*****Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessSep 9, 2024
My complexion was looking a bit dull, so I bought this since it's the most popular vitamin product. It didn't cause any particular tingling sensation (except on areas with wounds). The scent is slightly metallic, like iron. First off, I really dislike the smell. Due to the nature of vitamin products, it leaves yellow stains on the pillow if you apply it before bed. The deal-breaker was that it seemed to oxidize my blackheads on my nose, making them appear darker, so I stopped using it. - rh****Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedAug 11, 2024
This is a great starter vitamin C product for beginners. Even with my sensitive skin, I didn't experience any redness or tingling sensation. I'm not sure about the results yet. Once my skin adapts, I might try a higher concentration. Keep it in the refrigerator for best results.
