It creates a beautiful skin finish. I've been using it in my cushion compact. There aren't any! I think it would be useful as long as you choose one that matches your complexion. - 75********Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedApr 1, 2023
I really like that it's not too matte and doesn't transfer, but it seems hard to find lately. I wonder if it's been discontinued. The price is quite steep. It doesn't seem to go on sale these days. I hope it's not being discontinued... - am*******Normal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 2, 2023
Great coverage and staying power, so it doesn't break down unattractively throughout the day For a cool-toned product, it has a slight yellow tinge. Also, there's a bit of darkening over time - eu*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 5, 2023
When I was in 8th grade, my skin went haywire after using The Face Shop foundation, and it didn't recover until 9th grade. As I finished that foundation, I naturally tried Hanyul's foundation, which had good reviews. Surprisingly, after switching to Hanyul, I stopped getting new blemishes. That's when I realized I had been using the wrong cosmetics all along, and that finding the right product for your skin can prevent breakouts. I was shocked to hear some negative reviews about its ingredients because I thought it was gentle since it didn't cause any blemishes for me. The best part was that there was absolutely no darkening! I used to mix other foundations with brightening moisturizer due to darkening issues, but with Hanyul's, I didn't need to at all (though I still apply brightening moisturizer before foundation). As someone with oily skin, I didn't experience any pilling, but I could tell this foundation was designed for oily skin types. Those with dry skin should be cautious... While I loved this aspect, it might crack along skin texture for those with dry complexions. There's nothing bad to say! But since I need to write at least 20 characters, I'll mention that it sets quite quickly. Before applying this foundation, make sure to hydrate your skin well and use a brightening moisturizer. You'll find there's absolutely no darkening whatsoever! - mu*****Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 29, 2023
It feels light and airy on the skin with great coverage. It seems perfect for those with oily skin types. Like most products of this kind, if you don't properly prepare your skin beforehand, it can look patchy. Unfortunately, even as time passes and oil starts to come through, the patchiness doesn't settle down. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 13, 2023
Absorbs well. Unless you have very dark blemishes or acne scars, the coverage is decent and long-lasting. The adherence, shade, coverage, and staying power are all generally good. Overall, it's a solid product. The scent is not great. Due to the ingredients, you need to cleanse thoroughly. It can be a bit drying in seasons other than summer, and it's especially dry for winter use. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 18, 2022
The variety of shades is great, and it provides pretty good coverage. I love that it's not shiny but has a nice balance of moisture and a matte finish. The best part is how long-lasting it is - I've been using the same one for months! It's such great value for money. If you don't blend it quickly with a puff after applying, it can set and become a bit stiff. But honestly, this is common with most products like this, so it doesn't really bother me. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinNov 6, 2022
The coverage seems pretty good. It feels moisturizing and absorbs well into the skin. Unfortunately, it seems to become cakey as time passes. - my*************Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedAug 5, 2022
It adheres well to the skin. Just spread it with a brush and pat gently, and it bonds nicely with your complexion. It's definitely less brightening than the Banila Co. foundation I used before. The coverage is practically non-existent, so I'd only recommend this for people with already good skin. - ye*******Normal SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 6, 2022
The coverage is outstanding, and I've used it year-round, especially in winter. I love how it creates a radiant complexion, and since I prefer a brighter look, I go for a shade lighter. This works perfectly as it settles into my skin tone over time. A couple of years ago, when I had oily skin, I used it alone. Now that my skin is more balanced, I mix it with a moisturizing foundation for a flawless finish without any pilling or caking. It adheres so well to my skin that even when I switch to other foundations, this is the one I always stock up on when I'm running low! If you dislike anything too dry or thick, and prefer an ultra-light application, you might want to skip this one. Given its strong coverage, it might appear a bit heavy no matter how thinly you apply it.
