💕 The case is pretty and doesn't look like a typical foaming cleanser case 💕 It seems a bit more watery than regular foaming cleansers, so at first I was worried the lather wouldn't form well. But with a little water, it lathers up nicely 💕 The cleansing power is similar to regular foaming cleansers. I use it as a second cleanse after cleansing oil, and it removes residual makeup well. This is the Sulwhasoo Gentle Cleansing Foam, another steady seller from Sulwhasoo. True to the Sulwhasoo line, it is incredibly mild and gentle. It works great for morning cleansing, for removing dead skin cells in the evening, and for double cleansing after makeup removal. Unlike using a very strong cleanser that can leave the skin feeling too tight, this one doesn't have that issue. The repurchase intent is very high, but the price is a bit of a concern every time I have to buy it.

✔️ Moisturizing I first cleanse with Bioderma Crealine and then use the Sulwhasoo Cleansing Foam for the second cleanse. After the first cleanse, my face feels a bit tight, but the second cleanse leaves my skin moisturized without any tightness. ✔️ No Breakouts ❌ Like with any product, it's great when there are no breakouts, right? While the ingredients don't seem as impressive as expected, I've been using it without any issues with breakouts.

Pros
It's better to think of it as a fluid type rather than a cleansing foam. After doing an oil cleansing massage, I wash away the remaining oil and grease with a natural soap, then use a foam cleanser. This can sometimes make my face feel tight. It's unavoidable since sunscreen and makeup residue are the real culprits. So I do a thorough cleansing in stages, taking a short time for each step. This helps my pores feel refreshed. If you think of cleansing as the whole process, then moisturizing would just be adding more on top of the residue. After thoroughly removing the oil products, I use lukewarm water and a small amount (just a half-pump or so) of a gentle cleansing foam as a final 'coating' for my face. This leaves a bit of moisture, so I don't even need toner right after getting out of the bathroom. I use this in the evening, and skip the water rinse in the morning. If I did a stronger cleanse or scrub in the evening, I'll use the gentle foam in the morning instead, alternating between the two. I don't just use the same product multiple times a day - I use what my skin needs, not to 'train' it.
