I love that it comes in a pump bottle with a transparent container, so you can easily see how much cleansing foam you've used! As someone sensitive to scents, I appreciated the subtle herbal fragrance that didn't trigger headaches and actually helped me feel a bit more relaxed. The texture is slightly gel-like with a soft, smooth consistency. I typically used about a coin-sized amount, adding a bit of water, and it produced a rich, luxurious lather! It felt gentle during cleansing, with a nice rolling action that didn't irritate my skin at all. I often used it as my morning cleanser or second-step cleanser. In the mornings, it left my skin feeling hydrated, smooth, and soft without any irritation. When used as a second cleanser after makeup removal, it effectively cleaned without leaving any residue. It has excellent cleansing power yet still manages to be gentle and leaves my skin feeling moisturized! It even removed sunscreen completely without any leftover feeling. As someone with sensitive skin prone to blemishes from incompatible cleansers, I'm happy to report that this cleansing foam didn't cause any skin reactions or breakouts. I can't think of anything disappointing about the Sulwhasoo Gentle Cleansing Foam. For those with super sensitive skin, you might want to consider using a cleansing foam maker instead of your hands for an even gentler application.
