Perfect autumn colors. The fine particles don't irritate the eyes at all. The price isn't particularly satisfying... Though it's common for eyeshadow palettes to be overpriced, so it can't be helped. Personally, I find that blending with fingers gives better color payoff than using a brush. Keep in mind this may vary depending on your skin type. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 1, 2022
It has the advantage of being able to do everything from basic base to color in one go! There's a bit of excess powder and the amount feels a little small. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 26, 2021
First off, I love that I could pick my favorite shades from the four color options available. The fact that it's matte is also a plus. While glitter eyeshadows can irritate my eyes, this one feels about 55% less harsh. It's definitely more comfortable than glittery formulas! The colors are versatile too. For example, you can mix shade 1 (nude) and 3 (light brown) for a subtle tea color, or 1 and 4 (cocoa) for an americano hue. If you use more of shade 1 with 2 (latte), you get a warm latte tone. Combining 1 and 2 creates a lovely cocoa shade. It's simple, but you can blend these shades to create various custom colors tailored to your preference. The intensity can be adjusted by how much of each shade you use. Overall, I think the [#BrownRum] palette gives off a calm, autumnal vibe. Unfortunately, I've noticed a few downsides. Initially, I didn't experience any blemishes or small pimples, but after using it for a while, I started to see some. It's not widespread enough to lower my rating significantly, but it's worth mentioning. Oddly, these blemishes only appeared for a day and then disappeared. I was prepared for it to last longer, but I'm satisfied that it cleared up quickly. Another issue is that the palette seems a bit fragile. The shadows break easily, and when they do, there's excess powder everywhere. I'll need to handle it more carefully in the future. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 22, 2020
The color payoff is absolutely fantastic! As someone with a deep undertone, I found the shade to be right up my alley and it totally won me over! I managed to snag this during a major sale (even used my points) for around $60, but I couldn't imagine paying full price for it. The size is seriously tiny. On the bright side, I suppose I can use it all up before it expires... if that's even a silver lining? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSep 22, 2020
While it's not specifically for deep undertones, this shade works wonders for those with deeper complexions. The color payoff is excellent, and I absolutely adore the base color. It's the perfect apricot hue! If you're a fan of slightly reddish tones, I highly recommend this. I swear I've never dropped it, but it's completely shattered... The base, in particular, crumbles far too easily, and there's an excessive amount of powder fallout. I'd have no complaints if it broke after being dropped, but why did it break when I've been so careful with it? It's completely destroyed, as you can see in the photo... I've tried to salvage the base somewhat. Moreover, it's truly designed for deep undertones, so it really doesn't suit me at all. I'm not even sure if it would look good on those with deep undertones either... This might be great for filling in eyebrows when you've dyed your hair red. - fn******Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedAug 22, 2020
I love that there's no shimmer! The matte shades alone are perfect for a complete look. You can mix and match the four colors to create just the right combination. There's honestly nothing to complain about. If I had to nitpick, maybe the lack of a bold accent color? - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedAug 18, 2020
Love that it's all matte shades. With 4 colors, no need to overthink your makeup look. Being 3CE, I'm concerned about durability. The 9-pan palettes are quite fragile with shadows breaking easily, but this 4-pan seems okay so far. However, there's significant excess powder fallout.
