It's great that I can easily exfoliate and remove dead skin cells about twice a week! They say it's natural apple acid, but it really smells like vinegar! It's tolerable though. Focus on areas where makeup tends to cake. Using a cotton pad, gently massage those spots with a light touch. The next day, your makeup will apply beautifully. - ks*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMar 21, 2024
The Apple Toner is truly amazing! It has built-in exfoliating ingredients that work wonders. I highly recommend it for all seasons, especially for those with oily skin, excess sebum, and small blemishes. Even with just the toner, your skin won't feel tight - instead, it becomes plump and absorbs well into the skin. In the morning, I layer it multiple times, then apply just one cream before makeup, and my makeup goes on flawlessly. As someone with super sensitive skin, I think it's gentle enough to use morning and night in summer, but usually I just apply it once, either in the morning or evening. I really can't recommend it enough! The price is a bit of a downside. While it's effective, it's quite expensive... The scent is similar to a tangy vinegar smell, which takes some getting used to. Also, be careful not to get it in your eyes as it can sting! It's fantastic that you don't need to exfoliate separately. If you have oily skin or blemish-prone skin, you absolutely must try this - I guarantee 100% effectiveness! - dk********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 25, 2023
As someone with super sensitive skin, I usually break out when using exfoliators. But I love that this product allows me to remove dead skin cells just by wiping it off during the toner step. When my skin is particularly sensitive, it stings and causes a burning sensation. While a bottle lasts a long time, the price is quite steep. - gk******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 18, 2022
I use it once or twice a week. It's so convenient and I can feel it effectively removing dead skin cells. At first, you might feel a slight tingling sensation. The scent is a bit like vinegar, which isn't great... If you gently wipe with a cotton pad, it gives you a nice glow. That's pretty amazing! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedOct 22, 2021
It removes dead skin cells without needing a separate exfoliation routine. When applied, it gives your skin a radiant glow and brightens your complexion. It might sting a bit when you first use it. A friend of mine even mentioned getting blemishes after using it. - se******Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsApr 30, 2021
I bought this because it promised radiant skin without needing a separate peeling product. Initially, when I used it daily for about three days, it felt a bit tingly on my skin. Now, thinking of it as a substitute for a peeling product, I'm using it once or twice a week. Due to the acidic ingredients, it can cause a tingling sensation and potentially irritate the skin after application. If you have acne-prone skin or are super sensitive, it might be too harsh for daily use. I'd recommend using it only once a week or avoiding it altogether. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 6, 2020
As my all-time favorite emulsion, it doesn't require separate exfoliation of dead skin cells. It's a radiance-boosting toner that leaves your skin with a sparkling glow. Even when I only applied this, my skin didn't feel dry at all. It might tingle at first, but as your skin's oil and moisture balance adjusts, the tingling sensation disappears. Since it's made with malic acid, the scent isn't particularly pleasant. It helps tighten pores if you soak a cotton pad and apply it to those areas.
