It's very nutritious. Park Hae-jin would definitely choose it♡ The sheet mask has great adhesion and is thin yet sturdy, so it absorbs all the nutrition into the skin. The sheet mask is amazing because it's thin yet strong, sticks on tightly, and is incredibly soft. Usually other masks lose all the moisture when you take them off, but this mask is so moisturizing that you don't even need to apply a moisturizer after... It's so hydrating and feels like the moisture is welling up from within 💖💖💖💖💚I really want to give it 100 stars ㅠㅜ My skin is super dry and sagging... but it makes my skin as bouncy as cheese and gives a lifting effect!!! I use one every night before bed. I think it works even better when used before bed. The essence also stretches out like cheese. It doesn't have any cheese smell at all, just a nice subtle scent ~~!!! This is honestly the best mask I've ever tried in my life ㅠㅠㅠ Aaaah... I can easily buy it conveniently at Olive Young ㅠㅠ It's just so good💛💛 I used up a whole box and my skin got lifted...♡ My makeup also applies so well... Pros

When my skin was rough and flaky, making it really difficult to apply makeup, I remember a great face mask that I just left on for 30 minutes without even rinsing it off (I usually just do a water patting routine). The next day, my skin was so soft and supple, and I was amazed. I could tell the mask really worked when my makeup went on so much better the next day!

Cons

It's a bit sticky, so I only use it at night before bed. Since I have an oily T-zone, using it every day is too much for me, but this mask is quite nourishing, so using it once or twice a week is more than enough. It's a bit tricky to peel off the plastic film without the sheet mask getting folded.

Tip

I recommend using this mask on the days you exfoliate your face, once or twice a week. When you take the mask out, there's usually some essence left in the package. After applying the mask and letting it sit for 20 minutes, you can apply that extra essence on top of the mask and leave it on for the full 30 minutes.
