As expected, it's been discontinued. It's a vivid cherry-pink red. Highly recommended for cool-toned beauties! This velvet tint glides on smoothly and blends beautifully. The cool-toned cherry red was such a gorgeous shade. What a shame it's gone! The formula feels a bit oily and slippery on the lips, and it tends to emphasize dead skin cells. Perfect for a statement lip! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 1, 2023
What a steal! Great value for money with satisfying application and color payoff! Peripera always delivers when it comes to pigmentation. Nothing particularly bad. Next time, I might buy a different shade to blend and create new looks! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 11, 2022
Color: A perfect lip color for summer cool tones Looks great with both bare face and full makeup Never found a shade that looks so natural on bare skin Application: Glides on smoothly like an oil without emphasizing dead skin cells Matte but moisturized The finish isn't powdery, just looks like your natural lips without shine Application: Might be hit or miss for some While it applies smoothly, creating a gradient effect seems challenging - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJan 30, 2021
A muted pink that perfectly complements cool skin tones! It applies smoothly with a lightweight, velvety texture. Unfortunately, it lacks staying power and tends to transfer. As time passes, it can leave the lips feeling dry. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 26, 2021
As a summer cool tone, I love vibrant colors, so I bought the Peripera Airy Velvet line, which is my favorite. As expected, it applies beautifully with great color payoff. I absolutely adore the fluffy texture and lightweight feel! The cherry pink shade was a bit more muted than I anticipated, so it wasn't a perfect match for me. Due to its formula, it sometimes doesn't distribute evenly on the lips when there are dead skin cells present. If you have a lot of dead skin cells on your lips, try applying some Vaseline first to soften them, then gently wipe with a tissue before applying this product. This helps the color distribute more evenly! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 24, 2020
I have a slightly warm undertone, but I bought this because the color in the promotional photos looked pretty, and I'm using it better than expected! It applies smoothly and has great staying power, which I love. It's the color on the left in the photo! When applied to dry lips, it can emphasize dead skin cells. It's too drying to wear on its own, so you absolutely need to apply lip balm before putting this on. On its own, it's a cool-toned pink, but warm-toned individuals can still use it well by mixing it with an MLBB (My Lips But Better) shade. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinMay 17, 2020
I think this is a perfect shade for cool-toned skin. For a cool-toned person like me, it's like a perfect fluorescent light. Regardless of longevity, I was looking for a low-saturation pink lip color, and I'm really happy with how it applies and its shade. The scent seems floral? I like it! Compared to other brands, Peripera's color sense is just fantastic. The best points are that it's a color that suits cool skin tones well, and the texture doesn't emphasize dead skin cells... I'm impressed! The packaging might be a bit childish for someone in their twenties to carry around. But if the color is pretty, that's all that matters! It does transfer and the staying power is short. While it's a color that would suit Light Spring - Cool Summer types, it doesn't work well for warm autumn tones at all... my friend looked completely washed out. Try it on in person! The actual color is very different from the photos online. Make sure to test it before you buy. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMar 3, 2020
First off, I didn't hesitate to buy this because it's a color designed for cool skin tones! The vibrant pink seems to have a brightening effect on the face. It reminds me a bit of the color of azalea blossoms. Personally, I'd recommend this to those with cool undertones looking for a pink tint, but for those with warm undertones, I'd suggest trying a different shade. As for the texture, it lives up to its 'Airy Velvet' name - it feels incredibly lightweight when applied to the lips. Both the application and color payoff are excellent! While the application is smooth, it does leave my lips feeling a bit dry. It's also somewhat disappointing that it contains some potentially allergenic ingredients. - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 21, 2020
The color payoff is beautiful! It applies smoothly, making it super easy to create a gradient effect. This shade is particularly flattering for those with cool undertones. I'm absolutely loving it as I use it! If I had to point out one drawback, it would be the presence of potential allergens. But honestly, that's the only thing I can think of!
