Since eye creams are used in such small amounts, I decided to splurge on this pricier option that boasts organic herbs and no harmful ingredients. I bought it a while ago and I'm using it now. Compared to the watery eye creams I've used before, this one has a slightly thicker texture, but it's more versatile than I expected. It's a pump-type container, but too much product comes out at once. In the beginning, I ended up applying it all over my face. You need to develop a knack for pressing the pump. Also, the fragrance isn't great. When using the pump, don't press it hard. Gently press to control the amount. - bm*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 10, 2022
Skin condition: My skin is sensitive to temperature and humidity changes. When the weather becomes dry or chilly, I immediately feel dryness and itchiness on my skin. Luckily, my face is blessed with large pores that rarely develop acne or blemishes. Product features: • Dr. van der Hoog is a leading organic brand from the Netherlands • A brand with 170 years of history, preserving health through the power of natural healing and innovation • A cosmetic brand made with 100% natural ingredients • Not available for overseas purchase; officially launched in Korea in June 2019, a world-first • Key ingredients include jojoba seed oil and herbal recipes, making it safe enough to eat • Provides nourishment to the sensitive eye area and helps prevent aging • NC mark certified as European natural cosmetics User experience: The product has a medium consistency, neither too runny nor too thick. It's a cream-type product with a light cream color and a subtle scent. Despite containing 10% jojoba oil, it has an incredibly light texture that absorbs well. When applied with a gentle rolling motion, it absorbs quickly without pilling. As I have large pores, overly oily products tend to cause small bumps on my skin. However, this product is made with light plant-based ingredients that don't clog pores, so it didn't feel heavy on my skin. The pump bottle design makes it hygienic and easy to use. The pump dispenser made it a bit difficult to control the amount of product. I was startled when too much suddenly came out. The price is quite high. Use not only under the eyes but also on the eyelids and nasolabial folds (areas prone to wrinkles, pat gently) - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 5, 2020
I love that it's fragrance-free. The texture is soft and creamy, and it absorbs beautifully into the skin. The product tends to accumulate and harden around the opening. It's also on the heavier side. - mi*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJun 10, 2020
I love that this eye cream isn't too thick. Its smooth application is the biggest plus! Unlike many eye creams that sting, this one feels gentle and soothing right away. Another advantage is the generous amount compared to other eye creams. I think one jar might last me a whole year, haha! The slightly high price point...? But then again, eye creams are usually expensive anyway! At night, I apply a generous amount and let it sit on my skin. In the morning, I use just a tiny bit and make sure it's fully absorbed. Even so, my makeup doesn't pill (by the way, I have dry skin).
