Even if it gets in your eyes, it doesn't cause much irritation. It removes makeup effectively without any fuss.
ConsWell, I feel its cleansing effectiveness is slightly less impressive compared to Kiss Me. Other than that, it's a decent, no-frills product that gets the job done.
TipFor best results, I recommend using a mascara remover first, then following up with this product. It leaves your eye area completely free of makeup.

Just feels a bit uncomfortable Easy to control the amount
ConsSmall size - If you wear makeup daily, you'll use it up quickly. Might last about 2 months Need to wipe 5+ times if removing mascara - Doesn't remove everything in one go, which is inconvenient

The cleansing effectiveness is impressive, leaving skin feeling fresh. It blends well with oil cleansers too.
ConsThere weren't any particular downsides. It would be nice if it came in a larger size though.

As long as I didn't scrub too hard, my skin didn't turn red or break out in blemishes. It was even gentle on my eyes when removing eye makeup - that's a win! I snagged it during a sale, so the price was satisfying for me too. (Pro tip: keep an eye out for those sales, everyone!)
ConsThe oil layer separates, and even after shaking it to mix before use, it quickly separates again, which was a bit annoying.
TipFor a gentle cleansing experience, avoid rubbing. Instead, press the product onto your skin, wait a moment, then wipe off gently. This method works wonders for irritation-free cleansing.

Compared to other lip and eye makeup removers, it seems to work faster and more effectively. As you can see in the first photo, there's an oil layer, so it's best to give it a gentle shake before use. What I really love about this product is that it's fragrance-free and doesn't sting or irritate my eyes, which has always been my biggest concern with other removers. It effortlessly removes eyeliner, aegyo-sal lines, and tints, but its standout feature is how well it removes mascara. This is particularly impressive for me since I tend to apply mascara in a way that clumps my lashes together, which usually makes removal difficult and irritating. With this product, I can now remove my eye makeup comfortably and easily.
ConsHowever, it does leave a slightly oily residue, so a second cleanse is definitely necessary. Even if you skip that, you'll need to rinse very thoroughly.

Gentle and mild ingredients The appeal lies in its ability to minimize skin irritation as a vegan-certified, slightly acidic product. I tried it because it's said to be safe even for sensitive skin, having rigorously excluded ingredients that could trigger allergic reactions. It didn't sting even when it got into my eyes. 2. Excellent cleansing effectiveness It effortlessly removes most makeup, including eyeliner, waterproof mascara, and dark lip products. Just soak a cotton pad generously, press it gently on the skin for about 10 seconds, and wipe away for a clean finish. 3. Hydrating finish I loved that my skin didn't feel tight or dry after cleansing. 4. Convenient portability & fragrance-free The 100ml size is a big plus for travel - no need to decant into smaller bottles. Moreover, it's virtually fragrance-free, making it suitable for everyone without any concerns.
Cons1. Unavailability of larger sizes The 100ml bottle can run out quickly with frequent use. It's disappointing that there isn't a larger size option available. 2. Limitations with heavily pigmented lip products While it effectively removes most lip products with a 10-second press and wipe, heavily pigmented ones may require multiple cleansings, which can be a bit inconvenient.
TipUse with soft, absorbent cotton pads: Pairing this cleanser with soft, absorbent cotton pads can enhance cleansing effectiveness while minimizing skin irritation.

As it's a lip and eye remover, the most crucial factor was how effectively it removes makeup. I'm pleased to say it cleanses everything thoroughly, except for highly pigmented lip tints. What's more, since it's applied directly to the eyes and lips, the gentleness of the product is paramount. Even when I rubbed it on my eyes, there was no stinging or irritation! Other lip and eye removers I've tried often left an oily residue that I found unpleasant. This product, however, doesn't leave any greasy feeling. It feels as refreshing as applying toner, which I absolutely love! While I do follow up with an oil cleanser after using this remover, you could go straight to foam cleansing and still feel squeaky clean. Fragrance - Unless you're actively sniffing it, it's practically unscented. After a week of use, I experienced no blemishes, irritation, or redness.
ConsThere weren't any real downsides, but if I had to nitpick, I'd say the solution comes out in tiny drops.
TipThe solution is so clear that it might not look like it has an oil layer, but make sure to shake it well before use!

Unlike some lip and eye removers that can sting when they get in your eyes, this one is much gentler. It's also mild and non-irritating, making it perfect for daily use.
ConsThe only downside might be that the quantity is a bit small. Other than that, I don't have any complaints about the product itself.

Cleansing effectiveness: Removes makeup well in one or two applications. 2. Scent: Nearly fragrance-free, making it suitable for those with sensitive noses. 3. For full-face cleansing?: Works well. As an experiment during The Hwahae Testers trial period, I tried cleansing my entire face and it was fine. No skin tingling or blemishes appeared.
ConsIf you accidentally get it in your eyes due to poor amount control on the cotton pad, it can cause a burning sensation.
TipThis seems like it could replace other cleansing products when traveling. Just remember to shake well before each use!

This product, despite having an oil layer, felt as refreshing as using a cleansing water. - Cleansing effectiveness: My usual makeup: When it comes to eye makeup, durability is my top priority. I typically go for maximum staying power using [eye primer + eyeshadow + pencil eyeliner + brush pen eyeliner + waterproof mascara + sealer + fixer]. -> I was worried if a gentle lip and eye remover could thoroughly clean it all, but I'm satisfied with how it removes everything effectively without irritation.
Cons- The container is inconvenient. You can't squeeze the product body, and it seems the cap itself controls the amount, sometimes dispensing small amounts, other times gushing out. - The price doesn't seem particularly cheap for the volume you get.
TipWhen using, I saturate a cotton pad thoroughly and press it against my mascara for over 10 seconds until it dissolves, removing it with minimal irritation. The photo shows the residue after one wipe, following a full eye makeup application using [eye primer + eyeshadow + pencil eyeliner + brush pen eyeliner + waterproof mascara + sealer + fixer]. For those who wear light makeup, one wipe should suffice for cleansing. For those like me who opt for long-lasting eye makeup, two wipes were enough to remove everything completely.
