My skin was completely wrecked due to winter, so I went to a dermatologist. They prescribed an emulsion or cream with ceramides, telling me to apply it every two hours. I initially used Dr. Jart+, and within a week, my skin improved significantly! However, the price was a bit steep... That's when I discovered this Holika Holika product - it's a total bargain! You can find it at incredibly low prices during sales or on Coupang. It's a hydration powerhouse. Though if you have oily skin, it might not be the best fit for you. It doesn't come with a spatula. For hygiene reasons, you'll need to purchase one separately. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 29, 2019
This was fantastic for my dry skin! It seemed to have a calming effect and had just the right amount of richness. When I applied this and followed up with an oil, my skin had an amazing glow the next day! It worked wonders for my sensitive, dry, and blemish-prone skin. There's nothing particularly bad about it. However, it would be nice if it came with a built-in spatula. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 17, 2019
It has a firm, adhesive feel without being greasy. It seems suitable for combination skin. My skin barrier definitely feels strengthened. As my skin becomes extremely dry in winter, I wish it had a bit more richness. Also, it's a bit disappointing that it doesn't come with a spatula, haha! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinApr 10, 2018
The rich texture is perfect for winter use and leaves skin feeling deeply hydrated! The container is quite heavy, and it's disappointing that it doesn't come with a spatula. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSep 26, 2017
The moisturizing power is amazing!! I can't say it's great yet since I've only used it for a week, but the moisturizing power is amazing! Everything else is fine, but it's a shame there's no spatula. Other than that, everything is fine. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSep 19, 2017
The original Geuseulra cream was a bit thick for summer use, but the new version has an incredibly soft and just-right texture. It's not too light or too heavy - a comfortable, adhering product. And the moisturizing power is still there 👍 After trying all sorts of moisturizers, I've settled on Geuseulra. For those with extremely dry skin and oily T-zones, as well as those struggling with flakiness and redness in the fall and winter, I really recommend sticking with just this one product. It does seem a bit heavy for oily skin types. But since the ingredients are gentle, it should still work okay. Oh, and the lack of a spatula! While it's meant to be applied after cleansing, having to scoop it up with your fingers feels a bit messy. I'm currently improving my dry skin with a 3-step skincare routine plus this moisturizer. This way, I don't even need to use an essence or lotion to stay hydrated.
