Strangely, even when I think I've rinsed thoroughly, I notice foam forming when I pat on my toner. It seems the cleanser wasn't completely washed off despite multiple rinses. I have to repeat the process (wash-toner-foam appears-rewash) about 3-4 times before I can finally absorb the toner without foam appearing. It's frustrating and disappointing... This would be a perfect product if not for this issue.

Update: After trying various methods, I found that rinsing with lukewarm water works perfectly! Being a low pH product, it seems the water temperature is crucial for effective cleansing.
