I have combination, sensitive, blemish-prone skin. As expected from a low pH foam cleanser, since I started using it, there's been less irritation on my face and a significant reduction in those small, pimple-like bumps! The scent is refreshing and not artificial. It's perfect for a light morning cleanse, and in the evening, it thoroughly removes any remaining makeup during my double cleanse routine. I love it! With its gentle ingredients, it's no wonder this product is ranked #1 on Hwahae with rave reviews. Honestly, if it's recognized by Hwahae, you know you can trust it and use it with confidence! It doesn't lather as much as I expected. Usually, people use cleansers with their bare hands, right? When I tried to work up a lather with my hands, it didn't foam up well, so I ended up buying a foam maker to use with it. - eo******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 18, 2020
You can snag a great deal with a buy-one-get-one-free offer at Olive Young! Having two of these is fantastic because it means I can use it for a longer time. After using it, I feel like there's still some foam left on my skin. This means I have to make multiple trips to the bathroom to rinse off thoroughly. I wouldn't recommend this for those who prefer that squeaky-clean feeling. - db*********Normal SkinRecommendedNov 16, 2020
The rich lather makes this a pleasure to use. After cleansing, my skin feels smooth and hydrated without any tightness. It's a gentle product that cleanses effectively without irritating the skin. I snagged it during a buy-one-get-one-free deal at Olive Young! My mom and I share this in the bathroom, but she doesn't like it. She says it doesn't feel like she's properly washed her face after using it. Don't expect that squeaky-clean feeling with this one. For best results, wet your hands, pump out some cleanser, and work it into a rich lather before applying to your face. - al*******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 20, 2020
It produces a rich lather, and being mildly acidic, I felt confident using it without worry. The downside is that its cleansing effectiveness might be a bit weak. This could be due to its mild acidity, but the pros definitely outweigh the cons. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 10, 2020
I was happy to get this during a buy-one-get-one-free promotion. It's pleasantly inoffensive, which I appreciate. It's a bit inconvenient that you need to thoroughly rub it between your hands before applying. - fn******Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedAug 22, 2020
It lathers up well and seems to have great cleansing effectiveness! I'm talking about the second step of double cleansing! When you're wearing makeup, you absolutely can't rely on foam cleanser alone! It seems to remove excess oil well, and I haven't noticed any new blemishes! It doesn't have that squeaky-clean feeling, but rather a slippery texture. However, you get used to it pretty quickly after using it for a while! - be*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedAug 21, 2020
It's mildly acidic, doesn't leave a slippery feeling after washing, and lathers well The cleansing effectiveness is weak. Sometimes it feels like it doesn't completely remove all the oil - jj*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 4, 2020
Gentle on the skin The ingredients are good, and I experienced no irritation! Excellent cleansing effectiveness It lathers well, making it convenient for washing. Despite being a low pH product, it cleanses effectively and leaves my skin feeling refreshed after use. Strangely, even when I think I've rinsed thoroughly, I notice foam forming when I pat on my toner. It seems the cleanser wasn't completely washed off despite multiple rinses. I have to repeat the process (wash-toner-foam appears-rewash) about 3-4 times before I can finally absorb the toner without foam appearing. It's frustrating and disappointing... This would be a perfect product if not for this issue. Update: After trying various methods, I found that rinsing with lukewarm water works perfectly! Being a low pH product, it seems the water temperature is crucial for effective cleansing. It's best to wash gently multiple times with a mild cleanser! Try double cleansing by washing and rinsing twice. This allows for a thorough cleanse without harsh irritation. Instead of scrubbing hard once, try washing gently multiple times! - pa********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 26, 2020
The cleansing effectiveness is great and the texture is lovely. After washing, my face doesn't feel squeaky clean, but rather smooth and soft. It lathers well and I'm absolutely loving it. I'm already on my third bottle. Highly recommended! There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. Everything was good. If I had to point out one thing, it takes a bit longer for the cleanser to lather up when it comes in contact with water. You need to rub it quite a bit in your hands. It's really great to stock up on this when it's on sale. - li*******Normal SkinSensitive SkinMay 18, 2020
Brand recognition Accessibility Reliability Ingredients? Price..? Buy one get one free? It doesn't suit me. It's mildly acidic. (Mildly acidic products tend to irritate my skin after a few uses, given my skin type...) Thank you Make P:rem for helping me realize that raspberry extract doesn't agree with my skin... Avoid using if you're sensitive to mildly acidic products or raspberry extract
