  Pros

  It's gentle on the skin. Even when I wear it all day, it doesn't feel heavy, and I don't get any blemishes!

  Cons

  The shade is a bit dark. It also causes some darkening, so I'm not reaching for this product very often.

  The gentle ingredients make this cushion less irritating than any other I've tried, making it perfect for daily use

  The included puff doesn't work well for me, so I end up using a different applicator

  Tip

  For better coverage, I found it best to apply multiple thin layers! It worked great when I used it with the Peripera Cover-Up Puff

  As someone with super sensitive skin, I was on the hunt for something gentle. I'm pleased that this product doesn't have too many harsh ingredients.

  As someone who's used this product more than 3 times, here's my review: 🌱 Ingredients: First off, the gentle formulation is a huge plus for my acne-prone skin! Since I started using mild products, I've found myself reaching less for other options. The Lab No cushion doesn't irritate my blemishes, which is great. 🌱 Color: I absolutely detest makeup that leaves me looking ghostly pale, so I'm thrilled there's a neutral tone available. It's the perfect shade for my 22 complexion. 🌱 Hygiene: Being able to squeeze out just the right amount is so hygienic! Unlike other cushions that constantly expose the product to air and puffs, this one lets you dispense only what you need. It's easy to control the amount too. 🌱 Portability: Compared to liquid foundations, cushions are just so much more convenient to carry around.

  🙄 The coverage is a bit lacking. While I keep buying the Lab No cushion because I prefer a natural skin look, I always use it with a concealer! 🙄 I'm not too fussy about packaging, but I can't help thinking there's room for improvement in the design. 🙄 It's great for a subtle look, but for dramatic effects? Not so much. That's why I'm considering becoming a cushion nomad again. 🙄 It transfers onto masks way too much. Maybe it's my application technique, but it feels like my entire makeup ends up on the mask. 🙄 The staying power is just so-so.

  Tip

  Use with concealer! Keep your base skincare routine hydrating to minimize dryness! Try using puffs from other brands!

  Pros

  Compared to compacts with many harmful ingredients, this one is definitely gentler and feels nice to use. It doesn't break down noticeably, and for a compact with good ingredients, I was quite satisfied.

  Cons

  The makeup staying power isn't incredibly long-lasting, that's for sure. However, among compacts with good ingredients, this one had a pleasant feel when applied.

  Pros

  As someone with a neutral skin tone, I find this product gentle. It doesn't make my skin feel suffocated. Even though I have quite dark skin for a neutral tone, this makes my complexion look brighter without appearing floaty. Usually, when I use color makeup alone, it's a blemish party, but this one works well for me!

  Cons

  It struggles to cover pores on its own, which is a bit disappointing. When my skin is dry, it tends to emphasize dead skin cells.

  Tip

  If you use a Laka concealer first to cover large pores and then apply this, you can achieve seamless coverage without any tone differences.
