Since my skin tends to tan a bit in summer, I usually go for 21-22 shades. I was pleased that Innisfree offers shade 22 as well. I bought it as soon as I saw it and gave it a try. First off, unlike other cushions, the container has a button that allows you to control the amount, which I loved. It's perfect for applying just the right amount you want. As someone who prefers using only a little foundation or cushion, this was a big plus. While it has a slightly thick consistency, the coverage wasn't bad at all. I tend to use it when I want to put a bit more effort into my makeup. It tends to transfer onto masks quite easily. It might not be the most suitable for current times. Also, perhaps because I have sensitive skin, I feel a slight tingling sensation after applying this product. It's as if my skin becomes more sensitive. While the container is great for controlling the amount, if you find cleaning it bothersome, you might want to skip this one. It's quite annoying to have to clean it every time you use it, as product residue always remains. I prefer to squeeze out just a tiny amount and use very little of it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 7, 2020
It absorbs naturally. The good thing is... well, I'd rather buy a different cushion than this one. It was too matte for me. If you're not careful when applying, it can leave marks. The coverage was just okay. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedMay 4, 2020
It's pretty nice! I like how it applies smoothly and naturally. It seems to have a good amount of hydration too! The coverage isn't great, unfortunately. I might be using too little, but it's barely noticeable when applied. It's like it's hardly there! - rt******Dry SkinRecommendedAug 28, 2019
It's incredibly hydrating and I didn't feel any dryness at all! If you have dry skin, you can use this all year round. The color is natural-looking and it's a great cushion for everyday wear. I don't really care about coverage, so the light coverage wasn't an issue for me. As expected with a moisturizing cushion, the staying power is a bit weak. However, I prefer natural-looking makeup, so I like cushions that fade gracefully from the face. Compared to other cushions, this one feels a bit heavy. I love mixing this with Estée Lauder Double Wear (1 part Estée Lauder to 2 parts My Cushion). It gives the perfect balance of hydration without being too matte, so when I want to increase the longevity, I use this combination! It's a real game-changer! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 23, 2019
I use shade 22, which is often hard to find, so I was thrilled to see it available here. Plus, being able to choose from different types was fantastic. This shade gives my complexion a lively boost, making me look strikingly beautiful. Many of my friends have complimented my skin when I wear this cushion and want to try it themselves. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a clean, polished skin finish. Innisfree is admittedly on the pricier side. I chose the lightest formula, which might be why I noticed some oil coming through, especially on my forehead and nose. However, you can easily control the oiliness with some powder or an oil-control product! Even though it's already a light formula, if you dampen your face with a serum or mist before applying the cushion, it'll blend better and keep your skin hydrated, reducing dryness! - to*******Oily SkinAcne SkinJul 20, 2019
The skin finish was beautiful and the staying power was pretty decent. Plus, they really nailed the color selection! Unfortunately, it causes blemishes. I get a lot of small bumps, and I'm not sure if it's the puff that's not good or if the foundation just doesn't agree with my skin. It feels like it's not sitting right on my face. - mi*****Dry SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityMay 23, 2019
- True to its 3.1 name, it provides a moisturizing yet lightweight finish - The option to choose between coverage and hydration is quite nice - Applies smoothly on the skin without clumping - Content only dispenses when the button is pressed, suggesting it will last a while - The staying power is a real letdown, needs improvement - The case is enormous (only carry small bags) - Difficult to control the amount dispensed, needs a solution - The mirror and puff are inseparable (The mirror always bears the puff's imprint... thought it was a tattoo...) - Bought it once, but won't use it again. (Seems like the best tip) - If you press the button very gently instead of firmly, only a rice-grain-sized amount comes out - Not bad for use with a concealer - 99****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedApr 21, 2019
As someone with atopic dermatitis, I often have dry and sensitive skin. Even when my skin is particularly reactive, this product doesn't cause any blemishes and feels great. My friends who've tried it also say it's incredibly hydrating! The only downside is that while it's super moisturizing, the coverage isn't very high. But that's about the only drawback I can think of. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 16, 2019
I thought this product was decent, but I was surprised by the unexpectedly mediocre reviews! The best thing about this product is that you can choose your skin type and color yourself!! * Unlike regular cushions, this product doesn't use a sponge. Instead, the content comes out through round holes! While this makes it more hygienic, every product has its downsides depending on its design (I'll mention the cons in the bad section). * First off, it's so moisturizing that I didn't experience any dryness! For those who find it dry, I recommend using it with an ampoule!! I have super sensitive skin and can't usually switch cosmetics easily, but I've tried many, and this ranks in my top 3 for hydrating cushions!! * The color is truly beautiful.. I'm not usually a fan of cushions with grayish ivory tones, but this one is really... While it doesn't have high coverage, it doesn't look like you're wearing heavy makeup, and as time passes, the oil blends with the glow, making you look even prettier! * The puff feels like it doesn't absorb too much foundation and has a firm texture that would work well with any cushion! I didn't really find any downsides for me personally, but for others to consider: first off, those with oily skin should obviously steer clear of this, right?? If people with oily skin try it and are unsatisfied, that's something they should have anticipated to some extent!! Also, those who prioritize coverage might find this product disappointing!! * Every time you open the cushion, the puff is so sticky that it clings to the mirror!! If you squeeze out a lot at once, it might be really difficult to control the amount. In my case, I squeeze out a bit, swirl it on a palette, then adjust the amount. I apply it to my face as needed, and for areas that need more coverage, I use up what's left on the palette!!! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 13, 2019
This cushion was perfect for my dry skin, providing just the right amount of hydration. It doesn't cake and is ideal for a light, natural makeup look. The staying power leaves something to be desired. Like most hydrating cushions, it tends to break down after a few hours, which is disappointing. For best results, use a primer before applying this cushion.
