I hope it comes back soon! It's perfect for morning cleansing. The scent is lovely, and my skin feels moisturized and hydrated even after washing. To be honest, I'm not sure about its cleansing effectiveness, but I think it's just right for a morning routine. I've had this for a while now, and it seems gentle and effective! I can't really think of any downsides... not sure what to write here... 
ka********Oily SkinAcne SkinMar 30, 2021It's super watery, just like runny nose mucus! I was surprised at first since I'd never used a serum-type cleansing product before. But you know how cleansing oils aren't great for oily skin, right? You should definitely use serum, water, or gel types like this instead! It's a bit confusing because there's no foam and you don't wipe it off with a cotton pad, so it's hard to tell if it's really removing makeup effectively. Also, when I use an exfoliating toner afterwards, I sometimes see residue coming off. Make sure to double cleanse!

While cleansing oils can feel heavy and overwhelming, and cleansing waters require cotton pads that might weaken the skin barrier (not to mention they drip when used with foam dispensers), and cleansing milks leave residue or have weaker cleansing power compared to oils, this product perfectly addresses all these drawbacks. It's incredibly comfortable and light to use. (Even on days when I wore stubborn mineral sunscreen that usually leaves my skin feeling unclean after intense cleansing, this serum transformed from clear to white as it removed everything!) I believe this was Roire's first release, and it's not an exaggeration to say it revolutionized cleansing products! Since using this, I've lost interest in my previous cleansers and stopped considering switching to new ones. It's perfect for mornings when just water doesn't feel enough, but you can't do a full evening routine, and it's ideal as a first cleanse in the evening when wearing makeup. 2. Ingredients It's not just low-irritation, it's non-irritating and slightly acidic. With honey, royal jelly, and propolis, it provides hydration, preventing that tight feeling even in the depths of winter. Plus, it's not one of those products that's so gentle you doubt its cleansing power. While products with good ingredients often have less pleasant scents, this one has a refreshing fragrance. 3. Packaging As with all products, convenience is key! The bottle is sturdy and looks beautiful just sitting in the bathroom. The pump design makes it easy to use frequently. It's not often said about cosmetics, but it looks even prettier in person than in photos! While it's good that the cap doesn't open easily, I wish they'd reduce the strength a bit. Also, please have sales more often! Cleansing shouldn't be about scrubbing hard or causing physical irritation. It's best to cleanse gently, minimizing force, with lukewarm water for no more than a minute. (Avoid cleansing tissues and exfoliating toners!) I've heard it pairs well with Roire's Cica Acne Cleansing Foam! It's great for a quick morning cleanse. Removes basic makeup pretty well too. I love that it's gentle and non-irritating on my skin. I know it's not supposed to foam, but you need to pump out quite a bit to get enough product. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedNov 17, 2020
I highly recommend this for morning cleansing! I used to feel icky with just water and overwhelmed by foam cleansers, so I tried egg soap. But after buying this, my dilemma was solved! It's perfect for a light morning cleanse. After rinsing, my skin feels hydrated and supple. I love the pump-top container - it's hygienic and easy to use. Some people complained about the small amount dispensed, but that might have been improved. For me, it comes out smoothly, and 3-4 pumps are plenty. Being a serum type, it absorbs so quickly... I'm not sure if I'm using a cleansing serum or applying a regular serum. So I end up using quite a bit when massaging. Also, it doesn't lather. If you like bubbly foam, you might not enjoy this. It's hard to tell if it's actually cleansing or not. I just use it assuming it's doing its job. You can use it like a cleansing oil. I love how it's much lighter than cleansing oil. Plus, I can actually see my blackheads gradually diminishing. While it might feel like the cleansing effectiveness is a bit mild, that seems to be just a feeling - it's actually doing a great job at cleansing. I'm not quite sure if it's cleaning thoroughly. After cleansing, my skin felt hydrated without any dryness. The formula doesn't produce much foam, so I wasn't sure if it effectively removed my makeup. The serum barely lathers, so I couldn't use it with my Foreo. When used together with a cleansing foam, it seems to remove all makeup though. This works great as a first-step cleanser or morning cleanser. I have dry skin, and usually cleansing leaves my face feeling really tight. But with this cleanser, there was no tightness at all, and my skin felt wonderfully hydrated! I can't really think of any downsides... Doesn't feel tight on the skin. It's like an essence. The cleansing experience feels luxurious! If you're looking for that squeaky-clean feeling, this might not be for you.
