It's great to layer the toner several times without feeling burdened!! The formulation is quite lightweight. Perhaps because I have dry skin, once is not enough, and I seem to apply it about three times before makeup to refine the skin texture! But it's still good to use without any trouble or burden.

The review of Hwahae The toner is quite ordinary! As a combination skin type, it didn't feel sticky or overly dry. I'm using it along with the lotion from the same line, and there's no trouble at all, so it's good to use and I'm considering repurchasing.
