I used it like wiping with a cotton pad. It felt like it was drying almost as soon as I applied it, so it was clean and nice.
Cons

Pros
I don't really like putting all sorts of things on my face, so I mainly use toner. But when I apply it, it doesn't feel sticky at all and leaves my skin feeling nicely moisturized, which I like.
Cons
Since I have dry skin, just using toner makes my skin dry out quickly. For dry skin, you really need to apply toner and then follow up with a lotion as well.
Tip
It's best to apply it right after washing your face!
