It's moisturizing and good to apply on top of makeup when it gets dry. It feels more like a moisturizing cream than a makeup base.
Cons

Pros
Once I apply this, the makeup doesn't budge, which is great. Definitely applying the base first really helps minimize darkening, and the primer function also helps block the rising oil. I chose an Innisfree foundation that doesn't have ingredients that cause breakouts on my face, so nothing comes up. The great thing about Hwahae is that you can find ingredients that don't suit you. If you have dehydrated oily skin, I highly recommend this.
Cons
I often see people complaining about the amount, but I find that just a small amount, about the size of a bean, on each cheek, chin, and forehead lasts me a long time. At first it feels a bit slippery, but if you spread and pat it in, it works well. The scent is not my personal preference, which is the most disappointing aspect.
Tip
I heard from a cosmetics store employee that for dehydrated oily skin, using a heavy base can actually make it look more cakey. So I've been using a lighter routine - toner, essence, Innisfree moisture base, and cushion. I use a primer in the summer, but in spring, fall, and winter, I find the moisture base works well. The Innisfree one has a bit of a primer function, so it's perfect for my dehydrated oily skin type.

Pros
It's a hydrating base, so it doesn't have much coverage, but if you apply it before using powder or foundation, it makes your skin more moisturized, helps the makeup adhere better, and prevents it from looking cakey. I'd recommend it, especially for those with dry skin.
Cons
There were many good things about it, but if you're sensitive to the scent of cosmetics like I am, the fragrance wasn't that great.

Pros
Applying just this one basic product before makeup makes my skin feel so moisturized and great. It's really good value for the price, I'm going to try some of their other products too!

The scent is a bit disappointing.. I'd say it's a bit sour, but it's not overly irritating either~

Pros
Since my skin has a yellowish tone, I'm using a pink-based foundation and it seems to naturally brighten my complexion while neutralizing the yellowness, which I really like!
Cons
Personally, I don't think the scent is that great. I can't really think of any other notable points.

The only good thing about it is that it's moisturizing..ㅠㅠ

After using it for 1 week, I started getting breakouts on my face Pimples started popping up on my cheeks which had been completely clear before, and they're really red and swollen now ㅠㅠ The scent is a bit strange too, I found it quite unpleasant whenever I applied it; Apart from this product, I haven't changed anything else, so the breakouts are definitely caused by this one
Tip
For those with sensitive skin, I really don't recommend this! I'd rather just use a regular moisturizer; It doesn't work well as a pore primer, and the hydrating base function is not great either.

You can see on the back of the original product that it says to apply a thin layer before the base. I actually mix this with BB cream or foundation! It's perfect for use when you have flaky skin. It seems to have a cooling sensation when applying with a puff, and I'm considering repurchasing it!
Cons
Hmm, that's the typical Innisfree base product scent? I'm not a big fan of that...
Tip
Mixing the BB cream 1 part and the moisture base 0.6 part is just perfect!

Pros
Due to improper use of basic skincare, my skin was completely flipped over, and I couldn't do makeup because of the peeling. But when I had to wear makeup on an important day, I used this product. I applied a moisturizing cream before and then generously applied this base, and my skin didn't peel much until I got home. It's the best combination when using this on dry skin after applying a moisturizer!
Cons
There wasn't really anything disappointing, but before buying, I read reviews saying the fragrance is really bad for those sensitive to scents. I don't really care about strong fragrances like perfume, so it was fine for me, but for those sensitive to scents, be sure to test it out first!
Tip
If you apply it after putting on a moisturizer and letting it absorb, your skin will stay moisturized all day long!

Pros
I tried it because the makeup artist said they used it, and the moisture definitely lasts a long time and it's pretty good. It's also good to apply when you're carrying it around and it gets dry, so I plan to buy it again when I run out.
Cons
If it didn't have a scent, it would have been even better, but the scent isn't very nice, so I wish they had left it out.
