If the color suits you, you'll find yourself reaching for this constantly. The color intensifies beautifully with each layer, creating a uniquely gorgeous look. The texture is so impressive that I'm planning to repurchase. It goes on like a water tint but dries to a perfectly adhering matte lip.
ConsAs with most matte lips, it can be drying and may cause discomfort. When drinking water after application, the tint might dissolve, giving a yogurt-like appearance around the mouth - not quite the dreaded yogurt effect, but similar. Be careful when drinking. The color sets quickly, making it a bit challenging to apply evenly. The pigmentation is quite intense, so use sparingly.
TipProduct control is key. For best results, remove excess product from the applicator and apply in light, quick strokes with what remains.

It lasts quite a while, and I'm satisfied with the beige-tinted dried rose color. It has decent staining power, so I'm pleased with its longevity, and there's hardly any transfer.
ConsThe staining turns pinkish, so while it starts as a beige-tinted dried rose color, it gradually becomes more of a rose shade. It's a bit disappointing that the final color differs from the initial application.

The staying power is much longer if you apply multiple layers.
ConsConsidering the price, I might buy a different tint... The staining has a slightly fluorescent tone to it.

At first, the lip color felt moisturizing, but as time passed, it became wonderfully matte (how fascinating!). Because of this, the lip color doesn't pill and stays put beautifully. I'm really enjoying using this product! For those who prioritize adherence and longevity in their lip products, I highly recommend giving this a try. It's definitely worth it!
ConsThe Hwahae Testers Report: As the finish becomes matte, it can feel a bit dry and may emphasize dead skin cells. The color sets quite quickly, which can create visible edges, potentially making application challenging for beginners. This is probably the most disappointing aspect of the product.
TipPro tip: Use your finger or a cotton swab to gently blend out the edges for a more natural look!

It glides on smoothly without being too intense, and I really like that feeling. The color is also one of my favorites, so I'm quite pleased with it.
ConsThe stain it leaves is pink. The original color doesn't seem like it would be pink, but the stain definitely turns out that way. Those who dislike pink stains should take note. Also, maybe because I apply it lightly, the staying power isn't very long-lasting. However, it seems fine if you reapply it throughout the day.

It definitely has a velvety texture, so it feels soft and powdery without any stickiness, giving it a pleasant feel. ★ Packaging The long nozzle seems to prevent any unexpected leakage of the tint, which I found to be a great feature. ★ Staining Even though it hadn't been long since I applied it, when I tried to remove it, I noticed it had already stained my lips. I also liked how the color stained beautifully. ★ Scent I enjoyed its slightly sweet fragrance.
Cons○ Not recommended for those who prefer moisturizing products. ○ I'm not sure if it's just mine, but when I first opened it, it was so stiff that the product barely came out. I applied too much pressure, causing it to almost fly out and stain my clothes. After that, it comes out a bit more easily, though still somewhat stiff. It might be best to be careful when first opening it. ○ Since it stains quickly, you need to blend rapidly after application for the best results. ○ Like many velvet products, it seemed to emphasize dead skin cells on my lips. ○ The plastic packaging feels a bit fragile, as if it might break easily.
TipIt might be better to apply lip balm and exfoliate before using this product.

Reviews by The Hwahae Testers undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsHere's a review from one of The Hwahae Testers: I have sensitive skin with a cool light summer complexion. Tip: The applicator is a standard wand shape, nothing particularly special compared to other drugstore brands. Application: I was surprised by how smoothly and moisturizing it applied, given it's called a 'blur' tint. I expected it to be matte and thick. However, it sets to a matte finish once it touches the lips. It's fascinating, I kept touching it to check! Transfer-proof: This might be the ultimate product for our current mask-wearing situation. Apply it, blot once with a tissue, and it absolutely won't transfer to your mask. It's amazing! I wear this every time I go out now. Creasing: Even when applied to my palm with lots of lines, it doesn't crease. It stays smooth no matter how much you move your hand. Color: While not extremely cool-toned, it doesn't dramatically change your complexion when applied. It seems suitable for both warm and cool undertones, but the staining effect becomes noticeable over time. Staining: It stains quite well. I tried wiping it off my arm, and the color remained. There's a reason I've been using this exclusively lately.
ConsStain color: While it stains well, the color shifts dramatically to orange as it fades. It might not be flattering for either warm or cool undertones (in my opinion) as it becomes very warm-toned. You need to reapply frequently as it fades... This is the only downside, which is a bit disappointing.
TipAn essential item for the current times

The color payoff is incredibly natural, making it perfect as an everyday item!
ConsThe Hwahae Testers review: Because it's matte, it can clump a bit if you don't blend quickly. It's a bit disappointing that the stain left behind has an unexpectedly orange tint.
TipFor those who don't like matte lips, try applying lip balm or a glossy lip product before or after the tint, then apply this to the inner part of your lips for a pretty look.

Reviews by The Hwahae Testers undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsThe Hwahae Testers review: Smooth application and light velvety texture! It applies smoothly like a regular gel tint, but once it dries, it sets to a velvety, powdery finish. While I find the fuzzy feeling of other popular velvet tints too drying and surface-level, this product sets lightly, making me reach for it more often. Incredible staying power + staining! Once it stains, it doesn't come off easily! I applied this tint, wore a mask, went out, had cake, bread, and a drink at a cafe, and it was still there when I got home. No transfer to the mask either. The scent! It has a sweet and tangy fragrance. As someone who dislikes overly sweet smells, this was perfect for me.
ConsLip exfoliation is a must! Due to its matte finish, it can apply unevenly and emphasize wrinkles if your lips aren't exfoliated. I apply lip balm before base makeup, then gently blot it off with a tissue just before applying the tint. This helps it apply more evenly. Applying it prettily can be a bit tricky. It stains so quickly that if you apply it like a regular tint, you'll see layers on your lips like tree rings. Trying to blend it with a patting motion can cause it to pill and separate slightly. The stained color is a bit different... It's labeled as a summer mute color, and while it initially applies as a mauve pink/dried rose that feels very summer mute, the stained color comes through as a warm coral red + magenta. When the outer layer partially comes off while eating, you're left with a patchy mix of coral red and mauve pink. Since the lip color remains, you either need to wipe off the remaining outer layer with a tissue to leave just the coral tint, or wipe it off and reapply a thin layer.
TipWhen applying, rather than swiping it on all at once, use the tip of the applicator where less product comes out to layer it on thinly. This makes it easier to create a gradient effect than applying with your fingers!

The tint feels moisturizing when applied and leaves a soft, powdery finish. → I usually prefer moisturizing lip products. Matte lips set too quickly, making it challenging for someone like me who struggles with applying tints. However, despite my difficulty with tints, the TONYMOLY The Shocking Lip Blur sets faster than moisturizing lips but was still manageable for me to apply! 2. The tint's staying power is impressive. → I typically apply tint once before going out and don't touch it up even if it fades. With the TONYMOLY The Shocking Lip Blur, I applied it once before leaving, and it was still there when I got home. Even after foam cleansing, it didn't completely come off. This product has amazing longevity. It's perfect for those looking for a long-lasting tint. 3. The color payoff isn't too intense, which I like. → While everyone's perception may differ, I appreciated that the color wasn't too strong. It seems like you could layer it multiple times without it becoming overwhelming.
Cons*The Hwahae Testers review* 1. The actual color differs from the photo. → In the picture, it looked similar to a brick color. Being warm-toned, I was excited thinking it would suit me well. However, when applied to my lips, it appeared more like a dried rose color rather than brick. This was the most disappointing aspect for me. 2. The stain left behind is pink-toned. → Since the initial color is a dried rose shade, the stain that remains is more pink-toned rather than orange-toned.
TipAfter applying the tint, gently wiping it once with a wet wipe seems to bring out an even prettier color. This is just my personal opinion. The second photo shows how it looks after using a wet wipe.
