It's easy to apply with its moisturizing texture, and it contains nourishing ingredients that help care for your lips and reduce dryness. It boasts a non-sticky, hydrating application that absorbs well. What I love most is that even if there's excess product on the applicator tip, you can still apply it lightly without needing to be too precise with the amount. The shade I'm using, 'Breaking News', is one of the vibrant colors that's still suitable for daily wear. It develops into a sort of mauve rose color - the lip swatch looks so different from the arm swatch! I've heard many people say that Tonymoly's Shocking Lip Tint is almost a must-have for water parks. I wondered if the lip blur would last as long, and wow - once the initial moisture dries down, the color stays put so well that you could say the longevity is incredible! Once the tint sets a bit, you really don't need to touch it up at all. It feels incredibly lightweight, as if you're not wearing anything! It makes you think, 'Is this just my natural lip color?' The color truly lasts a long time, and once it adheres, there's minimal transfer, making it perfect for wearing under masks. While it's described as matte, it doesn't dry out your lips to the point of feeling tight, so I was satisfied with how it felt overall!
ConsIt has a rather artificial peach scent. The packaging is very simple, almost toy-like, so honestly, it's not very attractive. Even with a powerful cleansing water, it's hard to completely remove the color stain. It's not an easy lip product to cleanse, so thorough removal in one go might be challenging. However, if you're solely focused on longevity, I'd still recommend it!

While the shade isn't highly saturated, it has good staying power.
ConsThe downside is that the lip tint has an overly artificial fruity scent, so I find myself holding my breath when applying it.

Stuck at home avoiding the current situation, I rarely use mobile data. But when my Wi-Fi suddenly acted up, I grudgingly turned on my data. Lo and behold! As an iPhone user who only receives texts with data on, I got a message. I'd won something. Incredible, right? Just then, I was told the delivery guy had left a gift at my door. Feeling like I was in a romance with the courier, I found my prize - a free TONYMOLY The Shocking Lip Blur in 05 Breaking News! I eagerly unboxed it, falling for its sleek design that's so unlike the old TONYMOLY. I even took a selfie with it. As soon as it touched my lips, it lit up my whole face. It was magical. I bragged to my friends about my luck, saying anyone around me would be blessed with good fortune too. I have a neutral skin tone - a mix of summer cool and spring warm light. While it really brightened my face, it did slightly emphasize some blemishes. But it complemented my sexy lip mole perfectly! The shade is similar to my usual go-to (like Laqa & Co. Smooth Tint?), making it great for a bolder accent. The best part? It applies like a hydrating water tint but sets to a truly velvety finish. It even smoothed out my dry, chapped lips beautifully. Amazing! The staying power is impressive, and it leaves a cool pink stain. While it might not be my perfect match, with the right makeup, it could work!
ConsThe downside? I hate to mention any, given how thrilled I am to have won it. But the scent is a bit... irritating! It's like a mix of shampoo and shower cologne, which makes me hesitant to apply it to my lips. It also gives a slightly tingling sensation.

Subtle color: It's not overly vibrant, just like my natural lips but with a slightly toned-down shade. Perfect for daily wear or more subdued occasions. Especially recommended for summer cool tones! Longevity: It doesn't transfer or fade easily. It absorbs so well that even if you apply lip balm over it, it won't come off on the balm. It really lasts a long time.
Cons[The Hwahae Testers Review] Scent: It's a mix of a tangy smell and a chemical odor, about half and half. Ingredients: I have particularly sensitive lips, so when there are irritating ingredients, they tend to itch and hurt. While it's not severe, I do feel a slight itching sensation around my lips. I think it's best to use this occasionally rather than daily. Quick staining: The thin consistency and fast staining without transfer can be good, but for makeup beginners, it might be tricky to apply evenly. You might end up with visible lines or patchy application if you're not careful. It's also difficult to correct mistakes or create a gradient effect.
TipIf your lips feel too dry or itchy, it's a good idea to apply lip balm after the tint. Instead of applying a thick layer all at once because it's thin, I recommend applying multiple thin layers slowly.
