Quick review: A pink+purple blush with a strong white base Skin type: Dry, sensitive Experience: The Rom&nd Better Than Cheek Milk series is truly the ultimate blush for those who love a white-based flush. Even if you're not typically a fan of white-based blushes, this is a must-have shade to keep in your collection. It works beautifully as a base cheek color, allowing you to layer other shades on top for a gorgeous effect! The Oat Milk shade, in particular, is captivating with its enigmatic color that's somewhere between pink and lavender. However, it's quite subtle, so if you're looking for a more noticeable blush effect, you'll definitely want to layer it. Room for improvement: The powder is extremely fine, which can lead to some excess fallout. It's best to tap off your brush after picking up the product before applying it to your cheeks. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 4, 2022
After being diagnosed with a light undertone, I unexpectedly bought a light purple blush. It's prettier than I thought and gives a lovely brightening effect. It really helps to neutralize any yellow tones in my complexion. The powder particles are extremely fine, but there's quite a bit of excess fallout, so I had to apply it very gently with light strokes. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 5, 2022
As someone with a deep undertone leaning towards light, I fell in love with this color the moment I saw it at Olive Young and bought it without hesitation! The shade is a true oat milk color with a hint of white. When applied, it gives a radiant, shall I say, milky effect? The pigmentation isn't too intense, nor does it look dull, making it potentially a holy grail for those with cool light skin tones! The excess powder is really something else... After applying, the amount of powder floating in front of your eyes is incredible. Since I don't have a strong deep undertone, it worked well for me. However, this is definitely a cool-toned product, so I wouldn't recommend it for those with warm undertones. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinMar 3, 2022
First off, the color is an incredibly light and milky shade, making it perfect for daily use. It's also a versatile base color that works well under more intense shades. This versatility made me reach for it frequently. While A'pieu's violet blush was popular, this one has a much whiter tone with just a hint of purple, making it truly ideal for everyday wear. This isn't necessarily a flaw of the product itself, but I have some pores in the butterfly zone on one of my cheeks, and when I use powder blushes like this, it tends to make those pores slightly more noticeable. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 2, 2022
A lavender blush full of brightness and softness. It blurs pores effectively, preventing oil from rising quickly and making the skin look fair. Recommended for summer cool-toned light skin types. If pink blushes tend to make you look too flushed, I suggest trying a light purple to lavender shade blush. There's quite a bit of excess powder fallout. It can clump together. The color payoff appears somewhat muted when applied. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinNov 1, 2021
The light purple color is really pretty, with a strong white undertone, so it's not a pure light purple! First off, the case is very fragile. It broke after one use, and I had to glue it back together. Also, due to the strong white undertone, you need to apply it several times for full coverage. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAug 14, 2021
A lavender blush with a strong white base. True to Rom&nd's style, it has a slightly muted tone. As someone with a light undertone, I love it, but those without might find it less flattering. There's not much to dislike... However, it might not show up well on darker complexions. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 31, 2021
1. Color - As someone diagnosed with a light undertone, I've been collecting blushers with whitish lavender and pink hues. This color applies identically to the ethereal lavender shade in Innisfree's My Palette. 2. Longevity - Despite its light color payoff and powder formula, which I thought might not last long, it actually has impressive staying power. It was still visible when I got home after work. 3. Price Compared to my other blushers from Clinique, this one is quite affordable, so I'm satisfied with the value. There's one major drawback that's my biggest concern and the main reason I'm hesitating to repurchase: The excess powder fallout. It's not just a little fallout - it's excessive. One swipe of the brush and the surrounding area looks like it's been hit by a snowstorm. I've almost decided not to buy it again because of this, but then I apply it and it looks so pretty that I'm still on the fence. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJul 14, 2021
This is the holy grail blush for those with light undertones!!! It has more of a white base than I expected, and on my skin it shows up as a bright lavender-pink? I think it's the most flattering blush I've ever used!! Even with multiple applications, it doesn't get too intense, so it's perfect for those who aren't makeup experts!!! The color payoff isn't as strong as I thought??? Even if you layer it on, it doesn't show up too much... Still, the pigmentation is just right, so it shouldn't be a problem to use - Hwahae UserDry SkinMay 17, 2021
As someone with oily skin, I find this shade matches me perfectly. When applied thinly with a brush, it makes my skin look soft and smooth. The color is absolutely fantastic! I use it every day and will definitely repurchase when I run out. It's become a staple in my routine. I didn't have many issues, but if I had to mention something, there's a bit of excess powder when applying. Also, those who dislike a brightening effect might not enjoy this product as it does give a slightly lighter appearance to the skin. I've been using it as a highlighter by applying it in a C-shape on my apple zone. It brightens that area nicely, giving a lovely Inner Glow effect.
