The color applies naturally, giving a subtle yet bright effect. Even muted shades work well. When using a brush, there's a significant issue with excess powder fallout. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinDec 1, 2022
The ultimate in softness! If you're looking for a velvety smooth finish, buy this! The excess powder is severe... It's so powdery that it's almost like a white powder foundation. It might even make your skin look ashy! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 15, 2022
As a winter cool tone, I love applying this lavender-colored blush! First off, the color is absolutely gorgeous - it's the most wearable purple blush I've seen, without any fluorescent undertones or that weird reddish effect. What's more, it lives up to its claims with its ultra-fine particles. You can apply it directly without powder, as it acts like a powder itself - super convenient! It's absolutely fantastic for achieving that soft, velvety skin look! However, you can visibly see powder flying off as soon as the brush touches it... When applied to dry skin, it can look a bit patchy. After using powder, I've experienced some tingling sensations in winter due to my dry skin. But still, once it's on, it's such a beautiful product... There's really no other purple blush quite like it... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinOct 9, 2022
The color is absolutely gorgeous and the pigmentation seems fantastic. I think it would look especially stunning on those with fair skin or cool summer undertones. The downside is the excess powder fallout. I was quite surprised by how much powder actually fell off - it was more than I expected. Also, the price point isn't exactly budget-friendly. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSep 20, 2022
The color payoff is quite good. It's a perfect match for cool-toned skin, and I've had many people ask what I'm wearing when I use this! There's a lot of excess powder fallout, and after some time, my cheeks tend to feel a bit dry. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSep 6, 2022
Quick review: A pink+purple blush with a strong white base Skin type: Dry, sensitive Experience: The Rom&nd Better Than Cheek Milk series is truly the ultimate blush for those who love a white-based flush. Even if you're not typically a fan of white-based blushes, this is a must-have shade to keep in your collection. It works beautifully as a base cheek color, allowing you to layer other shades on top for a gorgeous effect! The Oat Milk shade, in particular, is captivating with its enigmatic color that's somewhere between pink and lavender. However, it's quite subtle, so if you're looking for a more noticeable blush effect, you'll definitely want to layer it. Room for improvement: The powder is extremely fine, which can lead to some excess fallout. It's best to tap off your brush after picking up the product before applying it to your cheeks. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 2, 2022
This is my absolute favorite color. I don't think you can find a shade quite like this anywhere else. I chose it purely for the color alone, haha! If we're talking strictly about the hue, it's definitely top-tier in my book. The excess powder fallout is incredibly, incredibly severe. I mean, it's really bad. I use Peripera's #1 for contouring, and even if I apply it carelessly, there's hardly any fallout. But this blush? The powder goes everywhere. I have to use a foundation brush just to make it work. It's such a waste - I'm practically throwing away half the product! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 6, 2022
A must-have for cool undertones, especially those with light undertones! Use it as a base (for eyes and cheeks) and highlight the nose, forehead, and chin for a lively look. The excess powder is really intense, I mean really intense. But I still use it daily as an eyeshadow base. When you want to conceal creases naturally without using a concealer, try this instead! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 4, 2022
After being diagnosed with a light undertone, I unexpectedly bought a light purple blush. It's prettier than I thought and gives a lovely brightening effect. It really helps to neutralize any yellow tones in my complexion. The powder particles are extremely fine, but there's quite a bit of excess fallout, so I had to apply it very gently with light strokes. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 5, 2022
As someone with a deep undertone leaning towards light, I fell in love with this color the moment I saw it at Olive Young and bought it without hesitation! The shade is a true oat milk color with a hint of white. When applied, it gives a radiant, shall I say, milky effect? The pigmentation isn't too intense, nor does it look dull, making it potentially a holy grail for those with cool light skin tones! The excess powder is really something else... After applying, the amount of powder floating in front of your eyes is incredible. Since I don't have a strong deep undertone, it worked well for me. However, this is definitely a cool-toned product, so I wouldn't recommend it for those with warm undertones.
