The vintage-inspired color is beautifully atmospheric. Incredible value for money at just 5000 won with a generous amount. It has a delightful 'dad skin' scent (so good you'll want to bury your nose in it). The pigmentation is strong enough to double as an eyeshadow. It clumps noticeably more than other blushers (if applied incorrectly, you'll need to repeatedly touch up your foundation and blush). Despite being a blusher, the color payoff is so intense that it's challenging to control the amount (one wrong move and you might end up looking like a burning sweet potato). I'm sharing this because some say it's similar to Persimmon Juice. Left - Persimmon Juice / Right - Dry Rose. Similarities: 1. Both have a 'burning sweet potato' hue. 2. The packaging looks nearly identical (you need to check the name on the back to tell them apart). 3. When applied heavily, they're hard to distinguish with only subtle differences. Differences: 1. When applied lightly, Dry Rose clearly leans red while Persimmon Juice is more orange. 2. While the swatches may look similar, there's a noticeable difference when applied to the face or cheeks (especially visible in photos). Conclusion: While the colors are similar, the actual effect varies depending on how much you apply, making it possible to distinguish between the two shades. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSep 19, 2019
The colors are absolutely gorgeous! They're perfect for any season, truly versatile. It clumps a bit when applying... So you need to use a brush to spread it and smooth out the clumps. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 17, 2018
If you can control the amount well, it's perfect for all types of makeup! I love applying blush heavily, and every time I use this Dry Rose blush, it looks absolutely stunning. If you're a fan of intense blush, you must get this! It's really difficult to control the amount, and it tends to clump. Even with just one dab, you end up with way too much product. Instead of using a brush, try tapping it on with your fingers and then blending with a dry puff. This gives a beautiful finish and makes it easier to control the amount! - Hwahae UserDry SkinOct 22, 2018
The color is absolutely gorgeous!! Like a purple sweet potato? The scent is slightly reminiscent of baby powder, which is lovely. The pigmentation is truly amazing, and it's a perfect shade for the fall/winter F/W season. It's quite disappointing that this blush line doesn't blend well. The color is really beautiful, but it's hard to blend and tends to clump... Because of this, I always have to pat it vigorously with puffs to blend it out after applying. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 21, 2018
First off, the color payoff is truly exceptional. The shade is absolutely gorgeous - it's the perfect dried rose color I've been searching for! Unlike regular blushers, when applied to the skin, it doesn't leave that chalky white cast, so it can even double as an eyeshadow. Using a blush brush to pick up just the right amount, you can achieve a wide range of intensities. It's really versatile and works hard for you. Absolutely love it! When using a brush, there's a significant amount of excess powder kickup. Due to this, the case gets dirty easily, and if you drop it, the product is prone to breaking. Unfortunately, when applied with fingers, the color doesn't blend evenly across the skin - there's a bit of a patchy effect. The staying power is also slightly on the weaker side. When I occasionally do a more intense makeup look, I like to apply a little bit to the under-eye triangle area. When used in conjunction with blush, it creates a seamless, harmonious look that's truly beautiful. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJan 28, 2018
The color is beautiful. The shade is truly gorgeous! That's the main thing I can say about it. Oh, and I guess it's pretty affordable too. The pigmentation is intense and it's hard to control the amount. It clumps together too easily - even when I applied it with a brush, it clumped up badly. Blending is extremely difficult. Nothing else to add. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 27, 2017
The color is really atmospheric and the swatch is great. Even with a fluffy brush, the color applies well. The texture feels more like silk than powder. It's too clumped up... The color alone can't cover the clumping... The swatch is already strong, but the clumping is also severe... ☆ While trying to spread out the clumped parts, I ended up like a roasted sweet potato... Boo hoo... It's better to apply it with your fingers instead of a brush, or spread it out with a puff.
