I've always struggled to find the right blush, but this one is amazing! I bought a separate brush to apply it, which might be why I didn't experience much excess powder. The color payoff is exactly as beautiful as it looks, and the staying power is pretty good. I think this blush would suit both warm and cool complexions perfectly. I love it so much that I'll definitely repurchase when I run out! The color isn't as intense as it appears in the photos on the official website. In person, it's actually a bit lighter in shade. - Hwahae UserOily SkinMay 22, 2020
Review for oily skin, shade 22 with deep undertone: 1. The color is absolutely gorgeous. A deep, dried rose shade? It gives you that effortlessly romantic look. 2. The value for money is unbelievable at just 5000 won...! I've been using it consistently for 3 years and it barely shows any signs of use. 3. Great pigmentation and long-lasting! 1. It can be easy to over-apply, resulting in an overly intense color. 2. When wearing this shade, if you pair it with dark eye makeup and a bold lip, it might throw off the balance of your look. For a stunning look, apply a nude to peach tone or light dried rose color all over, then use this shade for a gradient effect. Add a touch more blush than usual, and finish with an MLBB (my lips but better) lip color. You'll look absolutely captivating! Autumn warm-toned beauties, this is a must-try! - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 28, 2020
➡️Pigmentation The color (Dry Rose) matches its name perfectly. It's a dried rose+brown shade, and the pigmentation is excellent. Highly recommended for those who want intense blush or strong color payoff. ➡️Value for money The value for money is incredible. Such quality for just 5000 won! I bought it because I liked the color, but the great value made me purchase it right away. Recommended for students. ➡️Longevity The staying power is great. I wanted an intense blush for a sports day, and it stayed on throughout. ➡️Scent It has a subtle cosmetic fragrance that shouldn't be polarizing. Unlike many products that tend to divide opinions, this one should be inoffensive to most people. ➡️Excess powder There's not much fallout when applied with fingers, but using a brush can cause some powder to fly. I'm not too bothered, but those who dislike powder fallout should keep this in mind. ➡️Amount control Because the pigmentation is so intense, it can be a bit challenging to control the amount. This is something to consider for those who prefer a lighter application rather than intense color. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 21, 2020
Color: It truly captures the essence of dried roses, just like its name suggests! At first, you might find it a bit intense, but if you apply it lightly with the right amount, it looks absolutely gorgeous. Longevity: While it does fade a bit as your base makeup breaks down, I personally found the staying power to be quite decent. (Pro tip: Set it with some powder after application, and you'll see it lasts even longer!) Excess powder: It tends to kick up powder like sand blowing in the wind. The powder fallout is quite noticeable - you'll see a lot of excess product around your workspace after using a brush. Pigmentation: While it's highly pigmented, it can be too intense. You really need to control the amount you use. I wouldn't recommend this for those who prefer subtle colors. Tip: Gently pat it on with a brush for a softer, more beautiful application. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinDec 23, 2019
The color is absolutely gorgeous and the staying power is impressively long-lasting If you apply it over very dewy skin makeup, it tends to pill. It's not as deep as shown in the photos - Hwahae UserDry SkinSep 28, 2019
Even with just a light touch, the color payoff is intense and the staying power is decent. Considering the price and quantity, it's an incredible value for money! The pigmentation is so strong that if you apply too much, or if you have severe redness, it might make your skin look overly flushed. It can be challenging to control the amount you apply. I found that applying it to the back of my hand with a brush first gave a beautifully balanced color. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 15, 2019
I received this dried rose-colored blush as a gift from a friend. The first thing that surprised me was its incredibly intense and vivid color payoff. This could be both a pro and a con, but I think those who love bold and vibrant colors will really appreciate it. When I first applied it with a brush to control the amount, it didn't go on too intensely. The staying power seems quite good too - it lasted from when I applied it in the morning until I finished school. Although I lean more towards cool tones than warm, it didn't look out of place on me (except when applied heavily. I applied it very lightly, just to give a hint of color!). It looked absolutely beautiful on my warm-toned friend with an autumn complexion. While it may not be the most flattering shade for me, the color itself is truly gorgeous. I was shocked by how much excess powder there was when using a brush. Even with a soft-bristled brush, there was way too much fallout. It's a bit chalky to apply with fingers, making it difficult to control the amount. Also, in my opinion, it seems like a seasonal color, so I'd feel uncomfortable wearing it year-round. Beginners should definitely use this with a brush! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 18, 2019
Wow! The color is absolutely stunning! It's like a beautiful sweet potato shade. The pigmentation is incredibly intense, so you only need to lightly swipe and tap it on. Otherwise, your cheeks might look a bit sunburnt! The staying power is quite impressive too. I applied it around 9 AM, and it was still there after lunch. I removed it myself, but I bet it would've lasted even longer if I hadn't. The color payoff is so strong that just a little touch with a brush can make your cheeks look flushed. A little goes a long way, so this blush will last you ages! The Saem really excels at blushes, and Dry Rose is a true gem. I highly recommend it! Oh, and if you're a warm autumn like me, this shade is perfect for you. Everyone should try The Saem's Dry Rose! Well... the pigmentation is intense! While the incredible color payoff is a plus, it might be challenging for beginners to control the amount. But that's what makes it so beautiful, right? The excess isn't too bad. Some people complain about the packaging being flimsy, but I think it's fine! I recommend using a brush rather than your fingers. Even beginners can apply it easily with a brush. However, keep in mind that the color is still potent even with a brush. Instead of multiple swipes, one light sweep is better for everyday looks. But remember, even one swipe can make your cheeks look quite rosy, so controlling the amount is absolutely crucial! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 15, 2019
Highly recommended for autumn warm skin tones! The color is absolutely gorgeous, and the pigmentation is fantastic. It applies smoothly and has great staying power! There's significant excess powder fallout. While the intense pigmentation is both a pro and a con, it's easy to overdo it and end up looking like a baked sweet potato if you're not careful. Precise application is crucial. Applying with your fingers reduces the powder fallout significantly! However, it's harder to control the amount and achieve a subtle look with your fingers. When using a brush, make sure to tap off the excess thoroughly before applying! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 8, 2019
The color is beautiful, and the pigmentation is fantastic. Even with my oily skin, the staying power is quite good. It's a deep dried rose shade that's perfect for my warm undertone. The value for money is excellent. If you fail to control the amount, you'll end up looking like a baked sweet potato. The case is fragile and tends to break when carried in a makeup pouch. It's also difficult to fix once broken.
