It seems to absorb well. About an hour after application, my face looked a bit dry, as if the skin had completely soaked up all the moisture from the essence. There was just a slight softness left, but it still looked dry. Horizontal and vertical wrinkles were still quite visible. (Usually, when you apply an emulsion, it temporarily fills in the wrinkles, making them less noticeable, right?) There was no oily feeling.

However, when I mixed it with this brand's vitamin serum, my skin reacted badly, almost like a burn. After that experience, I had to say goodbye to this product.
