My skin is very sensitive, so I can't use just any product. As soon as that evening, I would get breakouts. That's why I couldn't use cushion foundations before. But finally, I found the right product and have been using it consistently. The coverage is excellent, and there's no cakiness. I love it so much. If it gets discontinued, I'll cry. It seems a bit rushed. The amount is not quite enough, so it feels a bit lacking. When it's about to run out, flipping the sponge inside can let you use it a bit longer. haha - ma******Combination SkinJul 18, 2023
The included puff is quite firm, which helps with good adherence. When applied, it doesn't give a dewy finish, but creates a neat, polished look. I was expecting a vibrant shade as the name suggests 'Peach Medium', but it turned out to be disappointingly muted. It barely made a difference from my natural skin tone. It just evens out the complexion without much coverage. The finish isn't particularly flattering and looks slightly cakey. While I liked the puff, the foundation itself is just average. On days when I want to look extra pretty, I'll probably reach for something else. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 18, 2022
The coverage is great and I found it pretty decent to use overall! I'm not really sure, but I've heard some people say the ingredients aren't good - yh******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessRecommendedFeb 15, 2022
I finally found a cushion foundation I love! As someone with large pores who's hit their 30s, my skin has become particularly dry and fine lines have started to appear. As someone who relies solely on cushions for makeup, finding one I truly liked was incredibly challenging. I didn't want to use concealer, and foundation felt like too much work. I just wanted something I could pat on quickly. After searching high and low, I've found one with great coverage. While it doesn't completely hide pores, it does a decent job of concealing them. The color is perfect for me, the price is right, and it's less drying than others. Even the ingredients are good! As long as nothing goes wrong, I'll be sticking with this for a long time! There's not really anything I dislike about it! If I had to nitpick, I suppose the case could be a bit prettier. - hw********Oily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 30, 2021
I was looking for a cushion with good ingredients, and I think I really made a great purchase. I didn't get any blemishes at all. The product description said it wouldn't transfer onto masks, but it actually does. Well, I didn't buy it for that reason anyway, so it doesn't matter. The coverage is decent, it has a nice semi-matte finish, and the color is just right. It has a slight pink undertone though... Next time I'll go for a beige shade. There's absolutely nothing bad to say. I'm using it really well. I just hope it doesn't get discontinued~ - gi********Dry SkinRecommendedFeb 15, 2021
Mid-30s here, and I've been a cushion nomad. I have dry skin. I absolutely hate when my face gets so shiny that my hair sticks to it. I sweat a lot and don't have a fresh, bubbly image, so that look doesn't suit me. I prefer a 'matte cushion with a subtle glow that adheres well to the skin' - not too matte, as that makes makeup application difficult. My shade is an ambiguous 22. While I don't get comments about bad skin, mine is quite thin, so if either coverage or longevity is lacking, my face starts to look ashy over time. I'm incredibly picky, making it so hard to find the right cushion... I used to love the original Bounce Up Pact 22 in the silver case and considered it my holy grail. But as I aged, it seemed less effective. I tried three more from Cho Sung Ah (Lee Young Ja's King Cushion, C&T Master Glam, Bounce Up Pact Ultra), but they were either too shiny or impossibly matte - just not right. I also tried Chaland Paris Semi-Matte and about a dozen others I can't remember, but none worked. SISTER ANN Pink Hole Jelly was the closest match, but it didn't quite reach the satisfaction level of Cho Sung Ah's Bounce Up Pact. Missing that feeling, I carefully considered and bought this one, and wow, I hit the jackpot! It meets all the requirements I mentioned above, wears beautifully, and doesn't turn ashy at all. I'm writing this long review hoping Cho Sung Ah won't discontinue it. I'd hate to become a nomad again - it's too exhausting! The puff is... how should I put it... feels disconnected? I've seen comments about the puff on other sites - please improve it. I tossed the puff that came with the cushion and I'm using a leftover SISTER ANN water drop puff instead. - lj*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedNov 18, 2020
Perfect for quick errands or 5-6 hour outings. It's my go-to when I need to look put-together fast. For longer wear, touch-ups are needed. The slim case is great for carrying in my bag. As a semi-matte formula, it works well on my combination dehydrated skin, even with a quick application. It applies thinly but still offers medium to high coverage. Please, oh please, sell the puffs separately! It might be a bit drying for winter use. While it doesn't transfer onto masks as much as other products, there's still some transfer. - yg*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 24, 2020
Adherence - Despite my dry skin, it adheres well without flaking off Mask-proof - While there's some transfer when wearing a mask, it stays put except around the nose area No pilling - I wear glasses, and unlike other cushions that would pill around the nose pads, this one adheres thinly without any pilling Ingredients - As someone with super sensitive skin, I searched for a cushion with good ingredients, and this one doesn't cause any blemishes. Highly recommended for sensitive skin Longevity - Applied in the morning, it stays intact without breaking down even when I return late in the afternoon Other - Satisfied with the puff, product amount, size, and shade range It only flaked a bit on my nose where I had some dead skin cells To be honest, there are no real drawbacks - ir****Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 17, 2020
With four shades available for testing, you can find the perfect match even for those tricky in-between skin tones like 21 and 23. The application feels incredibly hydrating from the inside out, leaving no trace of dryness. I bought this hoping for a fresh, matte finish as summer approaches. However, it's overly moisturizing on the inside, which quickly leads to the outer layer breaking down. It feels much dewier than semi-matte, which was disappointing. - ns****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 8, 2020
I have combination skin prone to occasional blemishes and sensitivity. I usually opt for affordable cushions, and being a shade 22, I've been happily using Clio XP Ginger and Rom&nd in shade 23. The most impressive thing about this cushion is that it's the lightest I've ever tried! The compact is slim, the weight is minimal, and the texture is featherlight. It adheres to the skin but feels incredibly thin - it's amazingly lightweight. I've never experienced such a thin application before. Yet, it's not matte, but perfectly semi-matte! The only downside is the coverage, as I have many blemish marks and large pores. Despite this, I still love this cushion. It's the first time I've liked a cushion with low coverage. While it doesn't cover imperfections well, it makes my overall complexion look incredibly clean and even. I want to keep using both a high-coverage cushion and this one. The hexagonal puff is surprisingly comfortable to use. The material picks up a lot of product with just a light touch. Be careful, as even a gentle dab on the cushion picks up quite a bit of product! To sum up: Pros: Ultra-thin!!!!!!! Lightweight! Great adherence! (minimal transfer), Clean skin finish, good pore coverage Average: Staying power Cons: Coverage (It's slightly lower than Nature Republic's One Day Lasting Foundation, which was the lowest coverage I've tried so far!) I highly recommend this cushion for its thin, lightweight formula, great adherence, and clean skin finish! It's really thin and light... I can't stress this enough!
