My baby has sensitive skin with persistent eczema, but it improved when I first applied this! Though the effects seem to plateau over time, it absorbs well when applied frequently to less severe areas. My child has sensitive skin, but this cream works wonders for soothing it. Despite being a cream, it's hydrating, absorbs well, and feels lightweight - it's just perfect for us. I apply it generously to calm the skin quickly. As a mom, I even use it occasionally myself. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey. It's incredibly gentle and pure. Any issues are likely due to my skin, not the product itself. It's not sticky at all, so even kids would probably like it. Absolutely NOT for folliculitis. It might be okay for conditions like atopic dermatitis. It absorbs well and hydrates beautifully, leaving the skin feeling moisturized. It seems suitable for all skin types. While it's a very gentle product, it might not have the same potent effects as other rich, regenerating creams.

I bought this for my baby's nummular eczema, and I love how gentle and moisturizing it is. With consistent use, it's definitely helped control the eczema, and the drool rash has completely cleared up. I can't think of any downsides.
