There is a slight tone-up effect. Since I only apply the sunscreen and not foundation, I'm not sure about the compatibility with foundation. The initial feeling is moisturizing, but it becomes drying over time, so it's a good sunscreen to use in the summer. I've used up one bottle and am on my second, but the second one has been sitting around for months as I haven't been reaching for it much.
ConsEven though I have oily skin, it feels extremely drying over time. This is inevitable due to the mineral sunscreen properties, but it's really unbearable to use outside of summer. And the volume is quite small.
TipMake sure to have a good skincare routine and apply it thoroughly to feel less dryness.

It has no white cast and no blemishes, applies smoothly, and feels moisturizing when first applied, but becomes severely dry after some time. Although there is no white cast, after some time, the face appears dull and whitish.
ConsIt's just way too dry... I thoroughly moisturized with a base and applied a rich night cream, but the dryness was not resolved. 'When I first purchased it, I chose it because it was free of allergenic and harmful ingredients, but after a few months, I checked again and found 4 harmful ingredients.'
TipI recommend it for oily skin. It becomes increasingly dull over time.

I thought the white cream would cause a lot of whitening, but there is only a slight amount, which is not a concern.
ConsAs it's for dry skin, the dryness is too bothersome for me personally. In my case, it starts to feel very tight about an hour after application. At first, I thought it was due to the dry indoor air, so I turned on the humidifier full blast and even applied a mist and aloe gel after the sunscreen, but the dryness persisted... I just had to rewash my face, and lo and behold, the dryness went away when I didn't apply the sunscreen. I haven't used it for long, so I have a lot of product left, but I'm at a loss as to what to do with it... ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

It's the most satisfactory product in terms of a decent white cast, spreadability, price, ingredients, and not causing any breakouts.
ConsI've been using it since summer, but lately in the winter, it's been causing some dryness. It was the best fit for my acne-prone skin, but now I'm wondering if I should switch to a different one or change my skincare routine..
TipI have an organic sunscreen at home, so I've been mixing it in during the winter. I'll have to see if it still causes any breakouts, but I still really like the nice white cast it leaves after application.

ConsThere's not much to dislike... but this one is just too drying. It's seriously so dry that it's almost unusable. I don't think this product would work for anyone except those with very oily skin. For people with normal or dry skin, it's just way too drying - my cheeks feel tight. The price is fine since it's often on sale, but the dryness is just too much. That's why I'm taking off two stars.

As shown in the photo, it tones up my skin very naturally and beautifully, and at first, I didn't even realize it had toned me up (not as dramatic as the photo, just a slight improvement). 💜No oiliness I had a bad impression of sunscreens because of the oily ones, feeling sticky and having my makeup wiped off quickly 🥺 But this one is refreshing!! When I first applied it, it was moisturizing, and my makeup went on well (though it does get a bit drying over time). 💜Long-lasting I'm particular about hygiene when doing my makeup, so I wipe my hands before and after applying sunscreen, and then apply foundation. Other sunscreens would wipe off easily, but this one feels like it's coated on, which was really surprising!! It doesn't easily come off with sweat or water, so the longevity is great. 💜Packaging It's just a basic tube, but the size is perfect for carrying around.😂😂
Cons💔Feeling Stuffy I didn't want to apply it because I dislike the typical stuffy feeling of sunscreen, except when I'm very active. The Etude House UV Double Cut felt fresh and applied well, but this product makes me feel like my makeup is getting thick. 😭 Tone-up sunscreens generally feel more stuffy than regular sunscreens (this one was about average among tone-up sunscreens). 💔Pulling Sensation Since my skin is dry, I need a solid skincare routine before makeup. But when I only use this, I get a bit of a pulling sensation. 🥺 It seems this sunscreen doesn't have as much moisture as some others. 💔Compatibility with Foundation🙅♂️ This is the biggest downside for me. 😭 I almost always wear foundation, so how it works with foundation is really important. It doesn't blend nicely and can get patchy, especially around my nose when I use my go-to VDL foundation. But the results may vary depending on the foundation.
TipThose with dry skin definitely need to focus on the basics!! At first, I followed the basic routine, but it felt stuffy, dry, and annoying all day long 😞 I found that applying a very light cream (Dr. G Fluid) was just perfect for me😊

I also tend to get acne on my chin, temples, or cheeks around my menstrual cycle. I love hybrid sunscreens, but I've found that there's always at least one ingredient that doesn't agree with my skin. After much consideration, I decided to purchase this mineral sunscreen. The ingredients all seem to work well for me. It applies smoothly and doesn't feel heavy or greasy. After application, it adheres nicely to my skin without any pilling or significant white cast. I've been using it for over 10 days and haven't experienced any milia or redness.
Cons1. Right after application, there's an odd smell, but it goes away over time. 2. My skin feels a bit tight after applying it. Normally, especially now that the weather is warmer, I only need to use an essence and don't feel the need for a moisturizer, but with this sunscreen on top, my skin feels a bit dry. It might be helpful to apply a slightly oily product before this sunscreen.

That's why I'm going to pour my heart and soul into this review. ㅠㅠ❗ (For those who want to read it quickly, you can just read the one or two lines below the asterisks!!) 🎃 Skin Type: My skin is in the 23-24 shade range and has gone from oily to almost neutral through consistent care, and it used to be extremely sensitive, but lately it's not sensitive at all. ㅠㅠ!! 🎃 Skin Characteristics: My skin tends to become very sensitive when the environment changes. ㅠ ★Packaging The packaging is a click-open type, not a twist-open type, and there's no excessive packaging!!! Personally, I prefer the click-open type, so I'm happy about that!! And the lack of excessive packaging makes it convenient to carry in a pouch or a small bag!!! ★Ingredients The ingredients are undoubtedly gentle, in my opinion! ★Fragrance The fragrance has a subtle floral scent, which I personally like!!!!!! I don't really like strong, in-your-face fragrances, and this sunscreen has a subtle floral scent, which I appreciate!! ※However, fragrance preference is highly subjective, so this is something to consider. ★White Cast (See photo) When first applied, it has a natural-looking tone-up effect with a white cast. And as time passes, it fades a bit, but not to the point where it's noticeable. (It's slightly whiter than the photo shows!!) ※Some other reviews mentioned that there was no white cast at all. ★Glow? & Semi-Matte? & Matte? It was just semi-matte. At first, it felt quite dewy, but then it quickly transformed into a semi-matte finish. ((Ah.. I'm not sure if I'm using the right terms here? It could also be considered a glow..?? ★Spreadability The spreadability is really good!!! There's no thick, sticky feeling, and it applies like a moisturizing lotion!!!! ★Stickiness In my case, I didn't feel any stickiness at all. I didn't feel like my skin was suffocating or that it was bothersome. ★Transfer None!!!! ★Oiliness It seems like there's hardly any oil coming through. When I applied it to the back of my hand, it looked a bit oily, but when I applied it to my face, there was almost no oiliness!! ★Longevity The longevity is undoubtedly excellent!! No matter what I do, it just won't come off. I think it would be perfect for the scorching heat of summer!! ※Even after walking and running non-stop for 3 hours on a summer evening, it didn't budge at all.
ConsAccording to the basic skincare, dry skin can occur and worsen, so please be thorough with your basic skincare routine!! The lid doesn't close completely. Even when I press down firmly, it doesn't close all the way. As you can see in the last photo, that's the maximum it closes. I haven't had any incidents of it opening while carrying it around, but it makes me anxious...:( (((((((Additional content added on 12.22.19 Based on my extensive use, an incredible amount of white cast appears... At first, it applies with a slightly brightening effect, so you might think 'Oh, the white cast is minimal.' But over time, it becomes extremely white^^^ After applying, look in the mirror 30 minutes to an hour later - don't look in the mirror in between. You'll see an incredible white cast. Checking it periodically, my eyes have gotten used to it, but really... Be careful. Except for the height of summer, the white cast is incredibly noticeable in the cool summer, fall, and beyond.ㅠㅜㅠㅠ
TipDiligently do your basic skincare! If it's dry, then definitely use it.

As this is my first time, I would like to write positive comments, but honestly, based on my experience, it was not that great, so I think I should write it as it is... I'm glad I was selected for the event. As for the good points of the product, there are many mineral sunscreen products that have severe white cast, but this one did not have that issue.
Cons1. As I have sensitive skin, it stung quite a bit. The stinging sensation doesn't last long, but it was still surprising that it would sting even after applying the lotion. 💥I will modify this part. The stinging sensation was reduced a bit after I changed my facial cleanser. 2. It becomes extremely drying. It gives a very parched feeling. Although my skin doesn't actually feel cracked or anything when I touch it, the sensation is that there is a severe lack of moisture. So I've tried applying a cream on top or mixing it with a cream before applying. I didn't experience severe breakouts or troubles directly on my skin, but in terms of the usage experience, it's been difficult to continue using it.
TipPreviously, I didn't like the thick, heavy feeling of mineral sunscreens, so I used organic sunscreens. This was my second time trying a different mineral sunscreen, but I don't think I'll be using mineral sunscreens much going forward... It's a shame.

I have sensitive eyes that are prone to irritation, but I experienced no issues at all. After applying it and some time passing, it naturally evens out my skin tone.
ConsThere is a bit of a pulling sensation and dryness. If you don't massage it in well, it can leave a powdery white cast. There is also some pilling. The volume is a bit on the smaller side.
TipWhen I'm not wearing makeup, I apply a different moisturizing sunscreen all over, and then just lightly dab this product on the areas where I tend to get oily. It leaves a nice, smooth finish.
