  I have combination, sensitive skin prone to blemishes. I was looking for a low pH cleansing foam and bought this product recommended by Directphi. Despite its very thin consistency, a small amount from one pump creates abundant fine bubbles, allowing for a gentle cleanse, which I really like.

  Cons

  After cleansing, it doesn't give that squeaky clean feeling, but rather feels a bit slippery, as if not fully rinsed. Perhaps because of this, it doesn't seem to help clear blemishes or anything - it's just okay.

  As a lucky winner of The Hwahae Testers, I'm writing this review a bit late! I had trouble receiving the package at first, but it turns out another house had accepted it. I finally got it after a delayed text notification. The product feels gentle on the skin - I noticed its mildness right from the first use. It doesn't feel irritating at all on my combination skin. My T-zone is slightly oily, and my U-zone is a bit dry, and my skin can get sensitive depending on the season. For my morning cleanse, it's perfect! I always use a cleansing foam as water alone causes blemishes for me. This cleanser doesn't leave my skin feeling dry, but instead gives just the right amount of hydration. It's not too heavy for morning use, leaving my skin in an ideal state.

  Cons

  The scent is quite divisive - it's like tea tree, flowers, or herbs? Personally, I'm not a fan. Also, I don't like the feeling of residue after cleansing, and I prefer a squeaky clean feel. This one leaves a slightly slick feeling, as if not all the oil has been washed away. A second cleanse is necessary. The foam isn't very rich, so using a foam net for an evening second cleanse might work well. The packaging was a struggle to open at first - I had a hard time with it.

  I recommend this more for morning cleansing rather than evening. The scent is a matter of personal preference, and I didn't like it. If you're looking for rich lather, you'll need a foam net. And if you want that squeaky clean feeling, I wouldn't recommend this product.

After searching for solutions, I came across the Real Barrier Cleansing Foam. - Texture It's a transparent gel type. Pumping 1-2 times into your hand and rubbing creates a lather. The foam isn't extremely rich, but rather just right. - Experience After about two weeks of use, I noticed that the small bumps that used to cover my skin had significantly reduced. I think consistent use would yield good results. Post-cleanse, instead of feeling tight and squeaky clean, my skin feels gently refreshed. It worked well for my combination dehydrated skin. - Cleansing effectiveness I typically do a double cleanse, starting with cleansing water or oil, followed by a foam cleanser. So I don't focus too much on the cleansing power. - Packaging I appreciated the pump dispenser, which makes it convenient to use and seems more hygienic. ✔️ Overall, this cleansing foam seems to suit my sensitive, combination dehydrated skin that's prone to blemishes.   The Hwahae Testers review: My skin type is oily with a lot of sebum! This cleanser produces more foam than other low pH cleansing foams! After cleansing, there's a slight slippery feeling. Once my skin is completely dry and I've applied my skincare products, it feels soft and refreshed! I felt like it removed a lot of oil after use. It seems like a product that's better for a light morning cleanse rather than a deep cleansing. The refreshing feeling makes it great for morning cleansing before applying makeup.

  After cleansing, there was more of a slippery feeling than a squeaky clean sensation. I felt like I had to do a lot of foam cleansing and rinsing with water to feel clean. The scent was a bit off-putting. It's supposed to be tea tree, but it smells more like grass? After using it for about 3 days, I got used to it and it was okay.
