  Pros

  Since I use a separate lip and eye remover, I don't really need this to have super strong cleansing effectiveness. But even when I'm wearing light makeup, it removes it well without needing a separate remover. After using it, I didn't experience any blemishes or irritation. The product feels just like water, so it's very gentle on the skin.

  Cons

  After using it, as the product evaporates, it leaves my skin feeling a bit parched. While I didn't have any blemishes or major complaints and I'm using up the whole bottle, I probably won't repurchase it.

  Tip

  I always used this with Dr. Jart+ Dermacotton pads, and the combination worked really well. Four pumps onto the Dermacotton pad was just right to saturate it. Five pumps made the pad too wet and the cleansing water could drip, while three pumps didn't wet the pad enough and could potentially scratch the skin. I used it just like I would use cleansing wipes.

  It removes makeup really well. Usually, there's always some residue left after removing eye makeup, but this cleanses thoroughly. It's also less irritating.

  Cons

  The pump dispenser is a bit inconvenient as it sprays the product in all directions when pressed.

  I've been using this product consistently for several years. As someone with sensitive skin that tends to turn red and break out the next day when using incompatible products, I appreciate that this one doesn't irritate my skin. It effectively removes my basic base makeup, lip color, and eye makeup (except mascara).

  Cons

  However, since it's a cleansing water, it doesn't remove mascara well. You'll need to use a separate makeup remover or oil for that.

  Tip

  For best results, saturate a cotton pad with the product, place it on your skin for about ten seconds, then gently wipe. This method allows for effective cleansing without irritation.

  The Kissmee mascara comes off easily, and even with heavy makeup, it removes everything without leaving any residue.

  I forgot to bring my cleansing water while traveling, so I bought this nearby and used it a few times. Here's my review: The main advantage is its excellent cleansing effectiveness. I usually do a two-step cleanse - first with cleansing water or balm, then with a foam cleanser. This product did a great job removing makeup thoroughly in the first step.

  Cons

  The reason for the low rating is... unfortunately, it was too irritating for my super sensitive skin around the eyes. When I applied the cleansing water to a cotton pad and wiped my eyes to remove eye makeup, it stung terribly. I had to keep rubbing to remove the makeup, which left my eyes swollen. If you have sensitive skin around your eyes like me, be careful! Also, I'm not sure if it's just me, but this product seems to give a burning sensation...? (Maybe it just doesn't suit me...)

  After getting too many blemishes from using cleansing oil, I went to a dermatologist who diagnosed that oil products don't suit me. So I quickly switched to this product. I'm the type who hates having to scoop out products, you know? At first, it was a bit of a hassle, but this really removes heavy foundation and such well! It doesn't irritate my face much, and even a small amount cleanses effectively!

  Cons

  As expected, using it with toner is quite troublesome. Its cleansing effectiveness seems a bit weak for waterproof products. I recommend using it together with a dedicated eye and lip remover!
