I find these wipes convenient and effective for various uses - after applying sunscreen, as a first step in double cleansing, or for a quick refresh when my face feels oily at home. They're gentle, don't cause dryness, and remove impurities well.
ConsNaturally, they won't work as an all-in-one deep cleansing solution. They're more for light cleansing. After using them, there's a slight smooth feeling on the skin.

It seems to contain lactic acid, which gently softens the outer layer of skin. I use cleansing oil for my first cleanse, then this as my second cleanse (applied with a slightly rough cotton pad), followed by a water rinse. No need for a separate scrub!
ConsThe volume looks generous, but it disappears quickly. It stings if it gets in your eyes, which is probably unavoidable given the ingredients. Some people might not like the slippery feeling it leaves after wiping. Those sensitive to lactic acid may experience blemishes, so be sure to check the ingredient list carefully.
TipI use it every 2-3 days, or 2-3 times a week as a gentle second cleanse. Make sure to rinse thoroughly with water to remove any residue. It's great for managing that greasy feeling after oil cleansing, dead skin cells, and even those stubborn blackheads around the nose!

The large volume is great, and I really appreciated that it's almost fragrance-free. However, I'm not sure if it's worth paying full price for...
ConsThe cleansing effectiveness is subpar. There's a slightly slippery residue after use. Compared to Bio*ma, it doesn't have much going for it. I just finished the bottle quickly with the goal of buying something new. Also, there are some concerns about it being a Japanese product, so I've decided not to purchase it again in the future.
TipUnlike other cleansing waters, it doesn't remove makeup instantly. It's better to leave the soaked cotton pad on your skin a bit longer before wiping. Since it leaves a slippery feeling as if there's makeup residue, double cleansing is absolutely necessary.

While its main feature was brightening, after using it for 3 months, I didn't see any dramatic effects. However, I noticed my complexion became more even overall, and my skin felt hydrated when I woke up in the morning.
ConsHmm, I usually do a double cleanse - first with cleansing water, then with foam. When I wet my face to use the foam after wiping with this cleansing water, it felt quite slippery. Also, it's supposed to have an exfoliating effect to remove dead skin cells, but I couldn't really tell...
