It applies so smoothly, feeling like silk on the skin. When you put it on, it's as if your skin gets a protective coating. Fortunately, I love the orange scent, so I didn't mind it at all. To me, there wasn't any particularly artificial fragrance.
ConsWhile it's moisturizing at first, my skin feels tight after a while. This might be more noticeable for me since I have dry skin. I ordered a large quantity intending to use it consistently for three months, and I diligently applied it every night for two months. Although my inconsistent use might be a factor, I didn't see any brightening effects. I won't be repurchasing.
TipI always had to follow up with an emulsion or cream. It works great to apply a couple of layers generously before using a modeling mask.

The positive aspect is that it absorbs well... It really absorbs quickly into the skin. The scent is reminiscent of an orange-like fever reducer, and the texture feels like an oil.
ConsIt seems to absorb all the moisture from previously applied hydrating products. My skin feels dry. The hydration disappears as if I've used a sebum control product. When I wake up in the morning, my face feels tight. I thought it would be convenient to twist and use, but it doesn't snap off easily like single-use artificial tears. I found it inconvenient to have to twist and tear it off to use.

So, I only applied it in the evening without using any other vitamin C-infused toners or creams. Let's dive into the review! - Absorption: The texture is like a low-viscosity, oil-like fluid that flows easily. It absorbs extremely well, and the generous amount makes it easy to spread. - Effectiveness: Given that vitamin C is the main active ingredient, I had high hopes for brightening, spot fading, and reducing pigmentation. While I didn't notice a dramatic brightening effect, there was a definite improvement in evening out my complexion. I could feel the pigmented areas becoming lighter. However, I didn't see much effect on blemish removal. - Side effects: I was initially concerned about the oily feel and some potentially allergenic ingredients. But good news! I experienced no side effects. No acne breakouts or inflammation, and it didn't feel like it was clogging my pores. However, results may vary, so I recommend using it cautiously. - Repurchase intention: To be honest, I probably won't repurchase it. However, I do recommend it for those looking to even out their skin tone or lighten pigmented areas. It definitely shows results with consistent use! - Standout feature: I know that vitamin E works well with vitamin C, enhancing its effects. I really appreciated that this ampoule includes both vitamins, which is a great combination.
Cons- Ingredient labeling: I was disappointed that the exact vitamin content wasn't specified on the label. I really wanted to know the concentration. - Dryness: While it absorbs well, you absolutely need to follow up with a moisturizer. It can leave your skin feeling a bit dry. - Ingredients: While it's challenging to use only 'perfect' ingredients, those with super sensitive skin should definitely check the ingredient list on Hwahae and avoid it if there are any incompatible components.
Tip- The product comes in individual packages. Make sure to use just one at a time, as using more might be too much for your skin. Apply plenty of toner first, then let the ampoule absorb, and finish with a moisturizer to prevent any dryness.

The amount is just right - neither too much nor too little. What I loved most was how hygienic it is. Plus, its travel-friendly size makes it perfect for trips! The scent is like a refreshing orange candy! It might be polarizing, but I'm a fan! I really appreciated how quickly it absorbs into the skin!
ConsUnfortunately, I didn't see much in terms of hydration. I wouldn't recommend this for those looking for a standalone moisturizer. Checking Hwahae, I noticed there were more potentially irritating ingredients than I expected. It makes me a bit worried about blemishes when using it, so I don't reach for it often. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it for those prone to skin issues!
TipIt's a bit tricky to figure out when to apply this in your skincare routine. I've been using it after my toner and essence!

(One day just hydration, the next day this product + light moisturizer) Used only for night care Pro 1. Complexion becomes more even The day after application, my overall skin tone is more uniform than usual! Pro 2. Skin looks clearer and brighter While it's not a dramatic change, the day after use my skin feels slightly brighter and clearer than normal? Pro 3. Hygienic It's very hygienic as you open each capsule individually for use. Pro 4. Easy to take on trips The packaging is compact, making it easy to carry around.
ConsCon 1. Scent It's an orange scent, but... there's something oddly mixed in, which I didn't really like. Con 2. Texture It feels like it doesn't absorb well when applying. (Used after cleansing: toner > this product) It eventually evaporates or absorbs, but the application feels like it's sitting on top of the skin... Con 3. Almost no moisturizing effect I wanted to use it alone, but it seems to evaporate quickly after application (or maybe it absorbs). So I always used toner > this product > hydrating ampoule (half the usual amount) > moisturizer!

I used it for just under 10 days out of the 2-week supply. For reference, I have dry skin. Texture: It feels smooth and slightly rich, but much less oily compared to other Balea ampoules. Application: After twisting off the ampoule cap, I squeezed the entire contents onto my palm, spread it between my hands, and applied it to my face. Initially, it feels a bit thick, but it spreads easily - typical of Balea ampoules. Surprisingly, it quickly transforms to a powdery finish. The product description mentions rapid absorption, which explains this unique sensation. It's quite fascinating how it leaves your skin feeling as if you've applied powder. This might be a love-it-or-hate-it feature. Scent: When applying, it has a delightful orange candy-like scent - very refreshing and true to its vitamin-inspired name! The fragrance doesn't linger for too long. Longevity & Effects: Due to the powdery finish, it's hard to gauge how long it lasts on the skin. As for effects, it's difficult to tell with just 10 days of use. However, I didn't experience any blemishes or skin irritation. Packaging: Compared to other ampoules I've tried, the rubber-like packaging material seems thicker and more durable. It feels like it won't tear easily, which is great.
ConsFinish: As someone with very dry skin, I prefer products that leave my face feeling moisturized or slightly tacky even after some time. The powdery finish felt a bit strange to me. Unlike the blue or yellow ampoules, which provide enough hydration to be used alone, this one leaves my skin feeling dry if used by itself. Of course, it's not meant to be a hydrating ampoule, but still worth noting. Application Order: Usually, I apply products based on their texture - toner, ampoule, then emulsion. However, the powdery finish of this ampoule made it tricky to determine where it fits in my skincare routine. Ingredients: I noticed that it contains some potential allergens, likely used for fragrance. While I didn't have any issues as my skin isn't very sensitive, those with sensitive skin should be cautious.

It has a refreshing orange scent, almost like candy, and though it initially reminded me of medicine, I grew to enjoy it. After use, my skin feels smooth. It didn't cause pilling with other products (I mainly use it at night). Great for travel too! Unlike oil ampoules, it's not greasy, making it less burdensome. I'd recommend this to those who prefer non-greasy, fresh-feeling ampoules. Post-application, it feels a bit like using a balm-type product.
ConsIt has a slightly oily, slippery feel. While it's not too greasy, it can feel a bit drying. I'll need to use it longer to judge its brightening effects.
TipI found it best to apply in small amounts. Rather than spreading it all at once, I recommend applying half, letting it absorb, then applying the rest.

I usually have combination skin with an oily T-zone and dry U-zone, sensitive to oil and moisture balance, and prone to developing small bumps and itchiness depending on ingredients! However, recently my T-zone has become normal while my U-zone is extremely dry, so please keep that in mind! *Recent products that didn't suit me - Clinique Pink Moisture Cream (doesn't cause breakouts but makes my face itchy overall), AHC 365 Red Cream (slight bumps appeared, possibly due to insufficient hydration) *Products that usually work well for me - Sidmool Madagascar Moisture Cream, Goodal Tangerine Serum, Bioderma Cicabio, Tonymoly Wonder Ceramide Mochi Toner *Scent - An orange fragrance that spreads as soon as you open the packaging. It might be hit or miss for some, but I loved it! The refreshing citrus scent on my face felt perfect for spring. *Application - Even without considering its oil-like texture, it spreads well with a consistency similar to a regular essence. It glides on smoothly, just enough to remind you of its oil-based nature. *Finish - It leaves your skin incredibly smooth! There's just a slight feeling of a very thin layer being applied, and the surface feels silky smooth. It's neither thick nor oily. Considering the ingredients aren't as good as expected... I'm grateful that it didn't cause more blemishes or small bumps. However, I didn't particularly notice any soothing or brightening effects either.
Cons*I tried using it instead of a serum, but it's way too drying! It absolutely cannot address deep dryness. I think it would be better to apply a hydrating serum first and then layer this on top! *I guess it was my mistake for expecting brightening and hydration because of the Vitamin C. It didn't provide either, so it wasn't a product that gave me satisfaction. Definitely won't be repurchasing.
Tip*Don't use your teeth to open the container! The fragrant orange scent will linger in your mouth. *Make sure to use a hydration-rich serum either before or after this product, and seal it with a moisturizing cream! (For combination skin leaning towards dry) *It should be fine to use unless you have extremely oily skin.

I'm thrilled they've finally made their way to our country! It's so exciting. As a nail technician, I spend all day under bright lights and in a dusty environment. Although we're wearing masks due to COVID now, I've always worn one for work. This has led to blemishes under my eyes, dryness from the lights, and dark spots from constant exposure - my skin was losing its vitality. Knowing Vitamin C products are beneficial for these issues, this ampoule seems perfect for me. When I first applied it, there was a refreshing orange scent. I expected it to feel oily, but surprisingly, it didn't at all. The texture is lighter than a typical serum or ampoule - more like a spot treatment cream. It seems ideal for summer use. While I'll need to use it consistently to see long-term results, my first impression is positive. It's not heavy, making it easy to layer with other products without feeling burdensome.
ConsWhile it's great that it absorbs quickly leaving no residue, I found this aspect somewhat disappointing. It left my skin feeling a bit dry. For me, using this alone as a serum isn't quite enough hydration. *After using it for a week, I noticed small bumps appearing on my skin. It seems some ingredients might be slightly irritating.
TipAlthough it's marketed as a serum, I applied an additional water-based ampoule serum on top. If you dislike feeling dry, I'd recommend layering another serum over this one for added hydration.
