The generous amount was great, and being a foam formula, it was easy to apply evenly. The scent wasn't too strong either, so it caused minimal irritation. While the foam formula made application convenient, it dripped excessively, forcing me to constantly wipe it off while waiting. That was quite inconvenient. I have some gray hairs scattered throughout, and although this isn't specifically for gray coverage (which I took into account), it still didn't color the grays at all. The bubble formula makes it convenient for DIY hair coloring at home, and the price is relatively reasonable. However, it's not ash khaki brown at all. When I dyed my hair, it turned out to be a reddish brown. I chose an ash tone because I dislike red undertones, but I'm really disappointed with the result. It's so far from what I expected that I've already covered it with a different color. The scent wasn't overpowering, and the application process was so simple that I could easily do it by myself! Since my hair was naturally black and hadn't been dyed before, I deliberately left it on for about 40 minutes to be safe. I didn't expect it to turn out very light, but I'm thrilled with the results - it's brighter than I anticipated! The color is absolutely beautiful, and the whole process was easy and convenient. Inevitably, when dyeing your hair, some product tends to get on the skin at the nape of your neck or around your ears, which caused a slight itchy and tingling sensation. Of course, hair dye isn't particularly good for the skin in general. Easy to apply and the color is quite pretty. I dyed my natural hair, and since my hair is thick and dark, it's not very noticeable at first glance - looks like a natural brown shade. Note: If you have dark hair, the khaki tone won't show up. It's just a brown color. My hair texture definitely worsened... It became stiff... The scent is artificial, but at first it seems okay. However, after rinsing, it has that old, well-known slime smell. If you're not sensitive to scents, it might not be too bad. Warning: If you have light-colored hair and try to dye it ash, you might end up with green or blue tones. Be careful! I have thick hair that reaches my shoulders, and one bottle was just the right amount. The bubble formula definitely makes it much easier to apply compared to other cream hair dyes! The scent was also pleasant, and overall, it wasn't bad at all. There weren't really any downsides! Of course, results may vary from person to person. In my case, since I applied it after bleaching, the color turned out a bit too light, but that's just how it goes! I used this dye after bleaching, but I wouldn't recommend it if your hair is very light. It can result in a mix of green and blue tones. For my shoulder-length bob, one bottle was enough. The color came out quite patchy, so I had to get it covered with blue-black at a salon. However, for hair that's slightly colored to lightly bleached, you should be able to achieve your desired shade! Just be aware that if you use it on very light bleached hair like I did, there's a chance of patchiness. Compared to the old 'Man with Flowers' and other bubble dyes, this one is definitely less irritating. It doesn't sting my eyes or scalp, and it's easy to apply on long hair by myself. The quantity is generous too - one bottle is more than enough for my long, thick hair. As expected with bubble hair dyes, it does seem to damage the hair texture a bit. It's comfortable and the color comes out exactly as shown on the chart. I'm not sure about the longevity or color fading yet. The gloves are too big, and the color section on the box packaging is small, making it difficult to see. I loved the color so much I ended up buying two! It's really disappointing that it doesn't cover gray hair well. If it did, it would be such a beautiful color... 
ki**********Dry SkinRecommendedOct 3, 2021Out of all the hair dyes I've used, this one was the gentlest on my scalp. I have sensitive skin, so I'm usually cautious about coloring or perming my hair. After reading positive Hwahae reviews about Mise-en-Scène's mild scent and gentle formula, I decided to give it a try. Since I don't dye my hair often, the color came out quite subtle. I only left it on for 30 minutes to avoid irritating my scalp, but I think I could have left it on for 10 minutes longer. My scalp felt a bit tingly while rinsing, which worried me at first. However, after using the included treatment and washing it out, my scalp felt completely fine. I've never felt this comfortable after dyeing my hair before. Five stars! The color turned out to be a very subtle brown tone, probably because I don't dye my hair frequently. There's also a slight, very slight hint of an ash undertone. Although it's called a bubble dye, it started dripping after about 15 minutes. While waiting, I had to wipe away the drips several times with tissues. The bubble hair dye makes coloring easy. Despite the strong scent, I didn't experience any allergic reactions or irritation after dyeing. I bought this to tone down my almost platinum bleached hair. I was surprised when it turned out blue instead of the expected khaki brown. After searching online, I found that some people had similar experiences with the blue color. I'm not sure why this happens. Unfortunately, the color faded quickly.
