The bubble formula makes it easy for even clumsy hands to dye their hair! Be careful, as bleached hair might turn blue when using this dye. - tw********Dry SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedSep 14, 2022
I bought this with my own money! After using 4B Whale Deep Blue, I maintained an ash color for about 2 weeks with Klorane Pomegranate Color Protection Shampoo, resulting in an almost ash khaki shade. However, I decided to dye my hair again because I didn't like seeing the roots growing out. It was on sale at Olive Young, but when that ended, I found it discounted at E-mart. There was an even better deal if you bought two, so I picked up Ash Taupe Grey as well. Lisa is the model for this color. It's a bubble hair dye, which makes it easy to use at home. The color looks different depending on the lighting, but I love that it's a subtle ash shade that doesn't stand out too much. You can see various tones like grey, light blue, and khaki. While my hair condition is gradually deteriorating, I'm extremely satisfied with the color! #BoughtWithMyOwnMoney #4BWhaleDeepBlue #Klorane #PomegranateColorProtectionShampoo #AshColor #AshKhaki #SelfHairDyeRecommendation #Mise-en-scène #HelloBubble #SelfHairDye #HairDye #HairDyeRecommendation #6ADustyAsh There's some damage to my hair, but I guess that's unavoidable. I recommend this to anyone looking for a light blue or grey hair color. - s2******Combination SkinRecommendedJul 30, 2022
The bubble hair dye is incredibly convenient for coloring your hair by yourself. With my long hair, it's usually challenging to dye alone, but this bubble formula is so easy that I always buy it. I love applying it to the lower layers first, which creates an intriguing color on the inside. Despite having long and fairly thick hair, I could color everything with just one bottle. With cream dyes, I typically need at least two bottles! Even on sale at 8,000 won per bottle, it still feels a bit pricey. The outermost layer of my hair still had a strong brown tint even after leaving it on for 30 minutes, though I do like the color on the inside layers. That's on me though... *sigh* The final color is quite different from what's advertised, leaning much more towards brown. Next time, I plan to start coloring the outer layers of my hair first. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 13, 2021
Color: If yellow or brown shades don't suit you, this is the dye for you! As someone with a cool complexion that doesn't look typically cool-toned, I always receive compliments when using this hair color. It eliminates any brassy tones and enhances your complexion beautifully. It's the perfect, attractive ash shade. Easy application: Being a foam dye, the coloring process is incredibly simple with a low chance of mistakes. No need to worry about drips, and you can simply sit back for 20-30 minutes while the foam sets in place. Hair damage is unavoidable with any dye. Compared to other hair colors, this one doesn't seem to cause significantly less damage. To minimize damage, try applying some coconut oil to your hair before dyeing! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 22, 2021
The color payoff was quite nice. Before dyeing, my hair was dark brown, but it changed to a slightly ashy tone with less yellow undertones. What I loved most was the amount of product. At the time of dyeing, I had very thick hair that reached below my chest, so I bought two boxes, worried it might not be enough. But even after applying it generously and liberally, I still had some left over from just one box. For most people, one box should be sufficient. Compared to other at-home hair dyes, it seemed to cause a bit more damage to the hair. - md**********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 22, 2021
True to Hello Bubble's reputation, it's incredibly easy and convenient to use. The color came out evenly without any patchy spots. What really impressed me was how silky and bouncy my hair felt afterwards, probably thanks to the included treatment. I used Dusty Ash on my natural, never-dyed hair. If you have virgin hair, don't expect an ash blue result at all. It turns out to be just an ordinary brown. Compared to regular dark brown hair dyes, it's less saturated and not as bright. In conclusion, I'd say it's good for a simple change if you want to switch things up a bit. I'd recommend this for people with lighter hair colors. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 21, 2020
I tried this to tone down my hair color, and I love how it gives a subtle, mysterious shade without being too dark. Being a bubble hair dye, it feels like it's really damaging my hair. It's a good idea to apply an essence or scalp protector before dyeing your hair. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 27, 2020
I bought this expecting it to turn my hair brown, of course. I used it to even out the tone since the lower part of my hair was light brown from previous coloring. The parts that weren't dyed before became slightly lighter, while the lighter parts darkened a bit, so it balanced out the overall tone nicely. What's most impressive is that I thought the color would fade quickly, returning to my previous two-tone state, but even after about 3 months, it's still the same brown as when I first applied it. The two-tone effect is no longer visible! Naturally, it doesn't give you that dusty ash color... I'm not sure how it would work on bleached hair, but I just used it to tone down my color. I recommend this for evening out your complexion when you have a two-tone effect from previous coloring. - ol******Normal SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedAug 28, 2020
Hmm... My hair was originally a dark chocolate brown (with lots of red undertones). After dyeing, the redness didn't completely disappear. It's now more of a black-brown (still with plenty of red undertones). I was hoping the redness would go away, but no such luck! Ever since I used a red hair mascara when I was about 21, everything I do to my hair ends up with a reddish tint... sigh. There's not really anything specifically disappointing... The color didn't turn out exactly as I wanted, but that's because my hair is naturally reddish. There's absolutely no ash tone to it. Some people mentioned seeing a green undertone, but I don't see that at all. I think it's better to consider this more of a brownish-black rather than a blackish-brown. - vy****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 25, 2020
This photo was taken right after I dyed my hair. I went for a natural brown color and it turned out absolutely gorgeous! In low light, it looks like a regular natural brown, but in brighter settings, it has this subtle, beautiful natural brown tone. It's a shade that's hard to achieve with typical at-home hair dyes. I've tried many different hair dyes, but Mise-en-Scene Hello Bubble is by far the easiest to use for DIY coloring. For medium to slightly past shoulder-length hair, one box is plenty! As someone with super sensitive skin, I found this dye to be gentle with no irritation. It seems to have a mild formula. When it's on sale, you can snag a box for around 6000-7000 won, making it both affordable and high-quality. I wish there was a bit more of the treatment included in the package. Other than that, I have no complaints!
