  I've been a brightening moisturizer nomad for a while now. As someone with oily skin, I was initially worried about how well it would apply since it felt so moisturizing at first. But to my surprise, it finishes with a soft, matte feel. It's not too drying either, so it applies naturally. My previous brightening moisturizer was so drying that it would flake, but this one goes on moisturizing and finishes with a soft touch - I absolutely love it! This is exactly the product I've been looking for. Although I haven't used it for long, so I'll need to keep an eye on it, so far I'm 100% satisfied!

  Pros

  It naturally brightens your complexion by about half a shade! I have extremely dry and sensitive skin, but this doesn't dry me out even after hours of wear. It gives a natural glow that makes my skin look healthy. While the staying power isn't the strongest, the ingredients are decent, so I've been using it without any blemishes.

  Cons

  1. The staying power is weak. It might be characteristic of brightening moisturizers, but after half a day, my skin tone returns to its original state. 2. It pills like dead skin... This is its most critical flaw. It doesn't apply evenly, clumps up, and after some time, it flakes off like dead skin cells. I had to deduct points for this issue. 3. It severely emphasizes dry patches Regular sunscreens don't do this, but this product really highlights dry patches on my cheeks and nose area. Even after exfoliating, it still makes dry skin noticeable. I think it might be due to the formula that tends to clump up like dead skin cells. Not great at all.

  Tip

  Since it doesn't have UV protection, I layer sunscreen over this brightening moisturizer for a foundation-free makeup look! (I followed the order suggested in Director Pi's video) However, I won't be repurchasing this product.
