I really dislike foundation rubbing off, so when I go out, I apply sunscreen and this brightening moisturizer.
ConsIt's quite drying, so unless it's summer, you need to apply a solid base skincare routine to prevent it from cracking. To be honest, even in winter, despite applying plenty of cream or essence, it still feels a bit dry after a while. You can wipe your face with a toner pad midday, rehydrate, and then reapply.

The moisturizer absorbs smoothly, leaving your face feeling hydrated after application.
ConsThe downside is that it doesn't provide much coverage, and it can sometimes pill when your skin becomes dry.

The ingredients seem to be high-quality, as it doesn't cause any blemishes and works well for my skin.
ConsIt can be a bit drying, which sometimes leads to patchiness. Apart from the dryness issue, I'm satisfied with everything else.

It didn't really brighten my skin and only left blemishes before disappearing....
ConsIt didn't significantly brighten or moisturize my skin. For a cream that's supposed to focus on brightening, it failed to perform its main function properly. Thankfully, Sidmool graciously processed a refund for this product.
TipPro tip: If you're particularly sensitive to brightening products, it's best to avoid this one.

I've tried a few products from Sidmool before, including other brightening creams, but didn't see results. When I heard about this one, I bought it with some skepticism. It's definitely gentler, and the feeling after application is much better than the pink brightening cream I used before. I haven't found a more satisfying product yet, so this one's my top choice for now.
ConsIt can be a bit drying if you have dry skin. My skin is the worst combination - combination dehydrated and super sensitive. The application feels somewhat hydrating, but as autumn approached, I noticed it becoming quite dry. You'll need to layer your skincare well. Another downside is that it's not a cosmetic product, so the effects wear off quickly.
TipFor those with a darker or different skin tone on their neck compared to their face, applying this to the neck when doing makeup creates a natural look. It's also great to use instead of makeup when exercising.

After using it and going to school, everyone said my skin looked brighter. It tones up my skin very naturally, and even though I have sensitive skin, I didn't get any breakouts.
ConsThe tone-up effect doesn't last very long, and it has a slightly drying feeling.

I was captivated by the claim that it's safe to use even at night, and I've been using it for about a year now. There was a period of around 6 months where my skin wasn't doing well, and I had to use a BB cream instead. But lately, my skin has been in good condition, so I've gone back to using this product. Whenever I use it, I feel like the formula is very gentle. I've repurchased it once, and I'd love to continue using it as long as it doesn't get discontinued. This is the first review I've left on Hwahae, and I feel like this app was made especially for people like me, as the difference between this product and other cosmetics is so noticeable.
ConsThere are times when it leaves a white cast, and there's also a bit of a greasy look. Blemishes and acne scars are still visible, though it does lighten the skin tone a bit. I think this product would be suitable as a tone-up product for those with relatively fair skin who are already told their skin looks good. If you're looking for more coverage, you'll need to use a different product. It also has a slightly drying feel, so it's not recommended for those with dry skin. I wish the ingredients were even more natural, but overall, I'm satisfied.
TipI apply this cream after using a face oil or butter. For those with dry skin, as the product can feel a bit matte, I'd recommend using it after thoroughly moisturizing, perhaps with an oil drop or two.

It makes my skin look brighter and helps match the tone when applying makeup on my face and neck. It absorbs quickly, similar to the $58 Medi* product I used before (which was a bit more moisturizing).
ConsAfter 8 hours or more, it starts to clump and crack a bit. On very dry days, it can feel drying. If the product layered underneath is too thick, it can slide around and not absorb well.

(Come in, those of you who are considering it) The formulation is just right, not too watery and not too thick. The reason I chose this product was the ingredients and the whitening function. I used to use the Greymelon White Cream, but while it highlighted the dead skin, it was also very oily, and over time it gave me inflammatory acne and milia, and my T-zone would shine with greasiness, which was quite remarkable for my combination skin. However, I couldn't find a white cream as good as that, and after reading good reviews of the Sidmool product on Hwahae, I decided to try it. It was a new product to me, but I trusted Hwahae and bought it. The result is quite satisfactory. My skin is left feeling soft and smooth, and especially my T-zone, which is prone to oiliness, stays matte all day long. Due to the matte finish, the cream doesn't get easily wiped off, and I don't need to reapply it from morning to evening. The reason I don't use BB creams much is that they often make my skin look rough or unnatural, but the white cream products look very natural while brightening my skin by one tone. I definitely feel the ingredients are good, as I no longer get the small bumps from color cosmetics, and inflammatory acne is also less visible, though it doesn't cover blemishes completely. It does, however, cover redness, leaving my skin looking transparent but clean and clear. (People around me have actually asked me to share my skin care routine, as my skin has visibly improved.)
ConsIt is very drying. As soon as I apply it, it settles into fine lines, leaving a white cast. I would not recommend this to those with dry skin, as it will likely appear cakey. As someone who bought it for the whitening and ingredient functions, I was disappointed to find that while it does provide an immediate whitening effect, it also causes small bumps. Even though it's said to be gentle, it's not as gentle as a basic skincare product. And I want to emphasize that this product provides instant whitening, but the whitening effect does not seem to be long-lasting once removed.
TipI recently discovered a great tip. I mixed the remaining Greymelon cream I had with the Snow White Cream in a 4:1 ratio. The oiliness of the Greymelon helped balance out the dryness of the Snow White Cream. The longevity seems to be slightly reduced. I didn't want to mix it with a moisturizing cream, as I was worried it would diminish the unique matte, soft finish. But mixing it with another whitening cream that has some oil content seems to work well. Lastly, I would recommend this product to those with extremely oily or combination skin, or those with acne-prone sensitive skin who still need to wear color cosmetics. For those who want to flaunt their naturally bright, "steamed chicken" complexion without makeup. The price is high, but I don't think there are any major drawbacks that would leave you regretting the purchase and feeling devastated about the money spent all day long.

It doesn't look overly white, and it makes my husband's occasionally flushed face appear naturally white. Since it's a cream, I can apply it and go to sleep without any hassle when I have to stay out overnight and lack confidence in my bare face.
ConsSince I have dry skin, there's a bit of a tightening sensation when I apply it. I wish it was a bit more moisturizing.
TipIn the morning, I apply it as the last step of my skincare routine or before sunscreen. In the evening, I only use it occasionally when needed.
