First off, it has a pleasant scent like shampoo and great staying power. The cleansing effectiveness is also quite decent. Frequent use can lead to more tangled hair. The scent might seem strong at first, but that's because it lasts for a long time. I love that my hair doesn't get tangled after using it! The price is reasonable and I have no complaints. I've been using this for 4 years now. It's definitely bang for your buck. The scent is sweet and rich with powdery notes. When lathering, the fragrance is quite strong, but after rinsing, only a subtle scent remains. Fast shipping and quick customer response - great! Many complaints on other sites about the pump's plastic breaking during shipping - why haven't they changed it? Mine arrived broken too, so I had to get just the pump re-shipped. At least their response was quick!

The fragrance lasts a long time and the bottle is absolutely gorgeous. It makes my skin feel so soft, and the scent itself is delightfully gentle. I love how the aroma is truly rich and intense. Unfortunately, I received three samples of the same body wash. The fragrance is incredibly strong, which might be polarizing, but I personally love it and find it very satisfying. I'm a bit disappointed that the ingredients aren't as gentle as I'd hoped. I can't really tell if it's making my hair healthier in any noticeable way.
