It contains surfactants, which is a disappointing ingredient. The price is a bit high for the small amount. As a dry-skinned person, I can only use it briefly in the summer. The fragrance is not overpowering, but I prefer unscented products.

The product doesn't feel heavy or greasy, has a light and smooth application, and I personally prefer the thicker texture. The tube size is small and compact, and it dispenses the product well until the very end.

I would recommend using this product at night rather than in the morning.

The initial application had a slightly slippery, hard-to-spread feel, but with a bit more patting, it absorbed completely. The usage experience is a bit different from regular cosmetics, so it took some getting used to at first.
Additionally, due to the gentle formula, the product has a short 3-month expiration, so it needs to be used up quickly.
It also tends to get overpowered by foundation, so I'd recommend using it only at night if you plan to apply makeup.

The product was great at controlling sebum production and regulating oily skin! The gentle formula is suitable for sensitive skin, and I didn't experience any irritation or breakouts after using it.
It absorbs quickly without leaving a sticky residue, and provides just the right amount of hydration.
This product can be used comfortably throughout the seasons, and is a great fit for those with troublesome breakouts or who need help managing excess oil production.

I've been using the Fluide Matissant Pureté (essence) product really well, but since long-term use is not recommended, I'm thinking of using the Fluide only on the areas with small bumps, and then using the Crème (cream) all over as the next step!!

 There's really not much I dislike about it!! There are some potentially irritating ingredients, but it works so well for me... If I had to nitpick, the only thing would be the rather high price...?

 First of all, in the summer I have combination skin, and in the winter I have dry and sensitive skin! It's not extremely sensitive, but my skin is quite sensitive, so I've tried a lot of products that are said to be good, but a lot of them caused a lot of acne breakouts😥 My skin is that sensitive.

I recently purchased the Naturo Dum and they gave me samples to try, and I have to say, it's just amazing❤️ Lately, my skin has been really rough and I've been getting acne and small bumps for no reason, but after using this product for a week, my skin has become as smooth as an egg🥺❤️ I don't get any more acne and my makeup applies so well... At first, it may feel a bit drying, but when you touch it, you can feel that it's full of moisture inside!!

So now I'm using toner - this product (Fluide Matissant) - and a light soothing cream (Dr.G Red Blemish) for spring & summer!! This routine worked perfectly for me without any dryness (it seems like my oil-moisture balance is just right, and I don't get oily)! 
In the winter, I think I'll just need to use a slightly heavier cream. I tried the Anti-Pollution Cream (which purifies the skin and provides oxygen) as a sample, and it's great too, but for my current skin condition, I think the winter routine of toner - this product (Fluide Matissant) - Anti-Pollution Cream will be perfect!!

Oh, and I heard that since this product contains salicylic acid, using it for too long can be irritating to the skin!!

I don't really have any complaints. The only thing is that it doesn't absorb right away when you first apply it, so you might be a bit surprised at first. You have to pat it in.

I tried it as a sample and immediately bought it. My skin is combination + sensitive, and even the slightest imbalance can cause breakouts. But when I apply this product and go to sleep, my skin is completely soothed. 😍 This is a great product to use whenever your skin needs some TLC!!

That's why I've been getting a lot of milia. And using just this, my skin gets dry quickly... and I feel itchy.

The fragrance was nice, but...
If the trouble was significant, it might be okay if you just fix that part.
