When your skin is sensitive. When you've gotten sunburned. When it's irritated or sensitive. An essence-type toner that's handy for SOS use. Soaking it in a cotton pad and using it like a pack can help lower the heat sensation, and increase moisture, so you can quickly feel your skin calming down. When your skin is showing distress signals, use this right after cleansing, even before other products. Applying La Roche-Posay's Cicablast Balsam afterwards and sleeping on it will help it settle and be more effective!

Pros
Since my skin is sensitive, I was hesitant to change toners, but I tried this sample and immediately purchased it. It seems like drugstore products are different - not only does it not cause any breakouts, but it also smooths out my skin texture. Even my skin tone has become brighter. Suitable for complex/fast-drying/atopic/sensitive skin When my face was severely irritated, I would gently pat it on a few times without using cotton pads, and the next day, the redness would miraculously subside and my face would feel so soft... Since then, even though I used to be too lazy to bring anything other than random samples when traveling, I now carefully pack a travel-sized container and cotton pads! That's how good it is. Pros
I've never had any breakouts, even with my sensitive skin. It's even better because it doesn't feel sticky. I have atopic dermatitis, so I can't use just anything, and I have to be very careful, but this one is good.
Cons
The packaging could be improved - it would be nice if it didn't smear as much. If you use it in a hurry, it can drip out 😞 When using the large size, the cap connection part keeps breaking, so I end up decanting it into a smaller container to use.
