  Cons

  I loved the La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Balm so much that I bought the emulsion from the same brand. However, when I use this alone, certain areas of my face experience a tingling sensation. It's such a shame, especially considering it's not even cheap.

  I really appreciated that it had no scent at all. Since I've only used it once, I can't say much more...

  Cons

  My skin turned red immediately after applying it. I tried a few more times, but the areas where I applied it kept getting worse, so I eventually had to wash it off. I wouldn't recommend this to people with skin conditions who are under dermatological care. It's disappointing that it didn't suit me, even though there doesn't seem to be any problematic ingredients.

  The hydration power is excellent. Just applying this alone helps combat deep dryness.

  I used to go through about ten bottles of the previous formulation before it was discontinued, so I bought this. But it caused sebum to build up on my face, leading to everything from closed comedones to blemishes. I ended up having to visit a dermatologist. If you're expecting this to be like the previous product, you might be disappointed

  There's nothing positive to say. I'm at a loss for words because there are no good points...

  As soon as I applied it, my face started burning and stinging so intensely that I panicked, thinking my skin was on fire. Even when I tried to wipe it off with water, it wouldn't come off easily, so I had to use a cleanser to remove it.

  Tip

  If you don't have super sensitive skin, this mildly acidic product with good ingredients might work well for you.
